⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review for Homewood Suites I recently stayed at the Homewood Suites and was genuinely impressed by the outstanding service from the hotel staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was professional, warm, and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Special thanks to the housekeeping and front desk teams—your kindness and attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. The room was spotless, the amenities were great, and the atmosphere felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for great hospitality and a pleasant stay. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a great stay at homewood suites the room was clean and nice and the a/c worked great very cold. Breakfast was good it hit the spot. Galveston was alot of fun our family had a blast on the beach and everything on seawall blvd. We almost stayed an extra day. The staff was very attentive and courteous.

When we arrived for check in the lobby was filled with different groups of people, unsure what was going on. When we checked in we were told our room was not ready, it was just past check in time. We had a wedding rehearsal to get to and calmly and kindly explained that. We were told to wait in the lobby with everyone else. We waited over an hour before rooms became available. When we got to our room O pulled back our sheets and there was blood on the sheets. We went to the desk to talk to them and were told, sorry but we were in a hurry to get rooms done as everyone was waiting. Eeeew! The ceiling in the lobby areas was cut open due to some water issues I believe. The area around the hotel was abandoned and not exactly safe feeling.

Jo and Brittany were very helpful. Appreciated their service. Wish i had known about Hilton Honors app. Was told at checkout that it would have been much less cheaper. I thought Expedia would be cheaper. There was a fire alarm and we had to evacuate the first night. Transformer blew out. So we missed our pizza order cause we werent in the hotel. There should have been a room credit .

We had a great time - amazing staff and comfortable room for my family of 5 - we found our place to always stay in Galveston. We will be coming back

Didn’t like that you have to pay $20 for parking over night. Corta hotel we’ve stayed at that has a parking fee for regular uncovered parking.

Every one was super friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean, up to date and in a great location. I would definitely stay again.

Overall, the property was good. The only issue I had was having to pay for parking when I had already purchased the room for the night. Why should a paid client pay an additional $20.00 to park?

Not worth the amount of money, unprofessional staff, blaming Expedia for not clear information regarding the parking fees and asked me to go park somewhere else

Clogged bath tub, kids were unable to take shower Room cleaning was not done My entire stay in this hotel should be returned

We really enjoyed our stay! We got a room that was a studio; it had a kitchen and lots of extra room. They are pet friendly which was very very important! It was great and the price was incredible. The property was very nice, clean, breakfast was wonderful and the staff were so nice and kind. I will definitely be there again!

I want to be fair here so I'll start with good. The property is clean and well kept up. It is a good location within walking distance to the beach. The breakfast was good and the staff was fine. The pool was good, particularly for young kids. The biggest issue was the room service. We understood that it was by request and comes every other day. I requested room service for our room at 1pm the day prior. We were staying with a family of 5, including an infant so room service was absolutely necessary. It was 4pm the next day and room service still hadn't come. I asked why and they said room service doesn't usually come until 5 which I found extremely strange. Mind you that we had left the whole day to plan around room service coming. Because we had no towels, we asked them to deliver some to us since our kids were showering and we had none. They never did. We then left the hotel since room service was supposed to come at 5. We came back at 730 and room service still had not come. We needed to ask again, and room service finally came at 8pm. I saw others getting room service at 9pm, very strange. We had this fiasco with room service where are beds were changed once the entire week because they would come and just give us towels and not change the beds despite us telling them our baby had spit up on them and had an accident. They apologized and told us at the front desk that the manager would call us and make it right and they never did which was extremely disappointing.

The room and location are perfect. I wish I could stay longer. Charging for self parking in an average, hotel parking lot with plenty of spaces seems like a silly way to charge more money; just increase your room rate by $20/night and let the market decide if you're worth it. Also, the check-in line today was ridiculous. It wrapped around the lobby for at least 2 hours. I saw it at 4:30 today, and decided to walk on the beach for 45 minutes, hoping it would have dissipated by the time I returned. Nope.

Great location near a quieter area of the beach. Staff was very helpful and friendly!

The stay was awesome, and we had a great time. The room was clean, but the walls were a bit dirty. Other than that,t the room was great, we had plenty of space being a family of four. I loved the kitchen area and the desk/ table.

It was last minute and everything was great My only recommendation is to bring your own pillows
