I stayed at the Hyatt House in Oakbrook and had a great experience overall. The staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped—perfect for both short and extended stays.
One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast. It had a nice variety of hot and cold options, and everything was fresh and well-stocked. The location is also super convenient—close to shopping, restaurants, and highways, but still quiet and peaceful.
If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and modern place to stay in the Oakbrook area, I definitely recommend the Hyatt House. Would absolutely return!

部屋はとても広く、清潔です。スタッフの対応もとても良かった。フロントスタッフにもルー厶クリーニングのスタッフにも助けてもらいました(ルー厶キーを部屋に置いて出てしまったり、寝坊してチェックアウトを延ばしてもらったり)
部屋からの眺めは良くありませんが、昼間は出かけているので問題ありません。空港からも歩ける距離です(シャトルバスもあります)
LAに来る時はまた利用したいです。

There was no got wayer for the shower, the AC was turned to 68 but the room stayed 74 degrees, and there was a loud jack hammer sound throughout the night.

Ac took forever to cool the room down
I was offered food and drinks without clarifying that it would be deducted from $300 deposit
