Everything was perfect, very friendly and the beds were very comfortable.

Extremely clean, exceptionally kind service, impressive amenities. Would happily return!

Rooms were large, comfortable, and the kitchen had everything that was needed. Highly recommend!

We were in town for the Run 4 Roses tournament so the location was very convenient. All the staff were very friendly and helpful in any way. Gave 4 stars for around the property because the view around the pool isn't the best. But, we will definitely be staying here for the tournament next year.

The room was very clean. They provided very good service.

The toilet ran constantly and the refrigerator made noise all the time. Didn't like our stay.

I didn’t get to stay. I made a reservation with Hotels.com, went to the hotel less than an hour later and was told they didn’t have a room to accommodate me. They called two other hotels and said they were also booked. No help in finding a place, no help in getting refunded the money I just spent on the room. No help period.

Close to Churchill downs great room

Great location. Nice large rooms. Exceptional breakfast.

The lighting in the bathroom and sink area is terrible. You can barely see when taking a shower or putting on make up. Other than that everything is good.

The only downside was having to pay to park.

It was very nice. Clean, quiet.

Hotel was very nice overall. However, both nights we were there it was difficult to sleep due to all the noise coming from the pool area. People were out there partying well past the “quiet time” of 10:00pm. In fact, they were still going strong after 1:00 am. Called the front desk to complain both nights but they were either unable or unwilling to stop the noise.

Excellent property for stop over, UL ball game, or Churchill Downs. Not a place for walking around community or nearby attractions other than those 2.

The hotel accommodations were excellent. They did not have enough luggage carts available at check-in and none available at 4 am as we were checking out. The parking was good but had a notice on my car on the second night that I was in violation of the parking rules even though I was registered. Evidently the staff did not inform me that my car needed to be registered at check-in. They handled it but it was an embarrassment to have that sticker left on my windshield. The staff while pleasant also didn’t seem to know that there were many restaurants in the area even though we did see many close by that were very nice. Other than those small items the hotel accommodations were very nice and a pleasant place to stay while visiting Louisville.

hotel was great from outdoor pool area to premium channels on large TV ,but i was disappointed with pay for parking in hotel lot which seemed to be very spacious and i felt like i was scammed
