Amazing stay at the horseshoe las vegas! Easy check in & check out. Will definitely stay here when i come back. Plenty of things to do in this hotel. 5/5

Older hotel, could do with some upgrading. Staff made up for this shortfall.

Hotel room was not completed checked when cleaned. There was an old piece of pizza in the mini fridge and a pole bag of cheese puffs. That was very annoying and disappointed. I never had an issue in this hotel before. I had really liked horseshoe hotel before.

What happened to hospitality? We get there and are told to check in using a kiosk because they only two people checking everyone in. Then while checking it asks if you want the parking fees ( yes, you have to pay for parking in the same hotel your paying for a room and speaking money gambling) added to your room bill so I agreed. They don’t explain

Excellent location.

I always love the big suite I get when I come here the only thing was I had a minor issue at check-in I had to go 4 times back to the desk because the key didn’t work, lugging luggage everytime! Until I had to request someone come open and/or fix my door … everything else was Gucci

The stay wasn’t bad for last minute but the room was very outdated. The location is what this hotel has going for it.

Booked a hugh roller view suite, and agent was going to give me a low level standard room. Told her what i booked and asked to see my expedia receipt. That has NEVER happened before. AND, upon checking in, agent asked if we needed to pay for parking, said yes, and the female agent said we can use our room key to get in and out. Didn't take the car anywhere though. When leaving sunday, at the parking lot gate to exit, room key didnt work. Felt totally humiliated, cars backed up behind me. Pressed service button and a guy came on through a speaker, asked my name and room, then told me I didnt pay for parking. Shear incompetence. This isnt the only time this happened either...won't stay there again.

I did not like that there was no staff to help with check in. after a few tries, i was able to manage. I did notice others around me had the same problem. I was going to use the pool however, it was full or closed during my stay. I did like that you all had the monorail in your hotel, so it made it easier for me to get to alligant stadium. It was quite. At my slot, i did ask for service a slot attendant, the drink server went to find someone but they did not come back and no one ever showed up.

Very nice spacious rooms, convenient location

Place was pretty dumpy. Hall carpets were dirty - bathroom vanities were all chipped and in fire need to paint or replacement. Also never spent over $400 per night and didn’t get a coffee maker! Bare, bare bones!!

Great place right in the middle of the strip.
