Hotel Centro Sonoma Wine Country, Tapestry Collection Hilton

飯店很新，但隔音效果很差… 和櫃檯反應3次隔壁房太吵無法睡覺，完全無改善，後來決定換房間 但櫃檯無法給我們king suite的房型，反而降級到2 queen bed standard room… 這是我們四週年的紀念日，除了一開始隔音的問題之外付高額的錢卻被降級，對於這服務真的蠻失望的…

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Centro! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel itself is beautifully designed—modern, clean, and stylish with thoughtful touches throughout. Our room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, with cozy bedding and a sleek bathroom. The location is ideal—just minutes from downtown Santa Rosa and an easy drive to nearby wineries and Safari West. We also appreciated the on-site restaurant and bar, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Every detail, from the friendly service to the relaxing ambiance, made this stay feel special. We’ll definitely be returning the next time we’re in Sonoma Wine Country. Highly recommend!

Nice big rooms and very lovely lobby/ reception area

I am pretty sure I booked a room with a king bed but it turned out as a double queen on my reservation. My bad for not double checking, I’ve never had to until this time. The staff made us wait at the reception for a good ten minutes before checking us in. They did not address the fact I was trying to book a room with a king bed at all and just went on. The room was otherwise spacious and clean; bathroom and shower were stylish snd bright. I would have reviewed higher if it weren’t for low water pressure. Room service the next day lowered the temperature to 64oF and left the AC running. I can’t say it was a great welcome back to the room. All in all mixed impressions. Can’t say I’ll book this place again

Very nice hotel modern design and warm ambient. Food for breakfast and fast service was excellent. Staff very very nice and helpful and accomodating. However, elevators failed twice in different days, even though we reported the issue immediately when we were stucked inside. Room phone and safe never worked and were not fixed. Room was not designed for women's comfort. Minor details that could be fixed. There isn't a single drawer in the room for privacy, not even doors for all the open storage. There is no rack to hang your hand towel. No racks to hang any towels, the only one is inside the shower door totally wet. The bathroom door inside handle extremely difficult to maneuver and can easily break your nails. All this a pity and disappointing being a Hilton.

Overall nice

This was the best value of the whole 3.5 week trip so far. Very comfortable room and nice pool, Hottub and common areas. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Pool and hot tub were excellent. Hotel was clean and nice. Only issue is the bathroom door (slider) was broken so the bathroom door was unusable.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but service was disappointing. My friend has a severe allergy to down feathers, and even after requesting non-down bedding, it wasn’t changed the first night so she had to sleep on the couch. They offered 5,000 points (not even enough for one night), and I never received them. Really expected better from Hilton.
