It never felt like I was at some cookie cutter hotel. Comfortable bed, perfect location for my needs, loved the complimentary coffee in the morning. Will definitely come back the next time I am in town

Loved it

There were no cups for water etc. in the room. We needed more Kleenex and had one roll of toilet paper. The room was very, very small. The staff was excellent and the hotel was impeccably clean.

My room was very small, with only about 3 feet available on each side of the queen bed plus the short hall and bathroom. There was a desk but no way to sit at it. It was definitely different than the images in Expedia. I’ll avoid this hotel in the future.

Very nice hotel righr in the heart of the City. Convenient transportation and tons of bars and restaurants.

Showed up to property only to be told it was sold out and my reservation that I made two weeks prior is not valid. -did not attempt to contact me prior to arrival, did not provide alternative accomodation; I was left scrambling to find other hotels that night that were all equally

Small room, but nice location near everything

Das Hotel liegt gut und man kann zu Fuß viel unternehmen. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es gibt morgens Tee und Kaffee Selbstbedienung und später kann man von der Bar kostenlos Kaffee bekommen. Es gibt auch einige Snacks und Alkohol gegen Bezahlung. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber ich konnte gut schlafen. Das Bad wird leider sehr nass nach dem Duschen, weil der Vorhang kurz ist. Leider sind die Fotos etwas irreführend. Es gibt keine Produkte von L’Occitane. Allerdings sind die Pflegepeodukte in nachfüllbaren Behältern, was ökologisch sinnvoll ist. Der Teppichboden ist schon sehr abgenutzt. Trotzdem würde ich wieder hier übernachten.

Great hotel !

The room ended up being quieter than I would have expected since it’s right next to one elevator bank and across the hall from the other. I was told upon check in that they would move me to another room down the hall. When we came back at 4 I was told that there was no note for that request and that there were no more King rooms. Overall the room was fine, nothing special.

Comfortable beds, clean and good location to center and airport

The property is great... Its a boutique-like hotel for the young. The shower lacked a grab bar, I'm 64, showering with nothing to hold on was a little nerving. The halls have a very strange smell and are EXTREMELY bright and hot, feels like a hospital operating room. The staff was AMAZING and very pleasant. The rooms are very nice with very comfortable beds/pillows. Kind of off the main strip, so its very low key.

Great hotel; great price. The service was excellent as well. We had to wait for the room even though it was after check-in time. I minor inconvenience, but a little annoying. The receptionist waved a night of the urban fee and offered me a glass of wine. It definitely made the wait more bearable.

Our room did not have an air conditioner. There also wasn’t a fridge and one was advertised. The beds were fine and the location is good. But for the cost expected better.
