Staff welcoming and accommodating, stored our bags until check-in. Check-in/check-out was easy. Hotel restaurant staff very friendly, good service, nice happy hour. Room clean and modern.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Indigo, One Financial District! The staff was absolutely wonderful – friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The location is super convenient, especially if you’re looking to explore downtown or need access to public transport and key attractions. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with a great vibe throughout. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, I’d say this is an overall great place to stay. I highly recommend it and would definitely return!

We had never stayed this far downtown but really enjoyed our stay. Super convenient with the subway lines so near that we could quickly still visit all the neighborhoods we wanted to Hotel itself was really comfortable, nice bed, great shower, good AC.

Top Lage zu verschiedenen U-Bahn Stationen, relativ grosse Zimmer für Manhattan, Gym ok (etwas klein aber ausreichend für einen Citytrip). haben kein Frühstück probiert deshalb hier keine Aussage möglich. Würden wieder buchen.

Super séjour. L’hôtel est très propre, sa situation est parfaite à proximité immédiate ( moins de 2 minutes à pied) de plusieurs lignes de métro. Le personnel très sympa, toujours à demander si tout est ok. Je recommande fortement
