房間太小, 尤其是桌子上一個櫃子讓我撞頭數次, 還拉傷腰部肌肉, 還好不是太嚴重.

房間有點小，有空調可以控制溫度。 人員服務態度很好，但設備要先確認是否故障。 早餐很豐富，可以選擇。 熱開水要到1樓裝。

The hotel position is very near to caltrain station (just a few minutes walk. The hotel staff is very friendly and gave a lot of good recommendation to me on dining place and travel arrangement. The hotel room is neat and clean.

Have stayed here a few times while visiting campus. Great location.

Conveniently and centrally located within walking distance to many dining opportunities.

The small room was very clean, bed comfortable, close to other shops and some eateries. Dislikes - as you open the entrance door to the room, the bathroom to the right had no door. as you entered the small room, there was a sliding barn type door to separate the entrance door from the bed area, one chair, small desk, no microwave, no frig, two glasses one bottle of water, coffee maker. ice maker in locked kitchen, tiny breakfast area, (didn't eat) locked pay parking in garage that was very unclean. if you was using the toilet you had to tell your guest to wait outside until you finished using it. It might work for one person with no guest. Would I go back there to stay? No! we stayed there to attend a Graduation ceremony. Do your research well.

Very pleasant stay. Great staff and room was clean and modern. Breakfast was healthy and pleasant. Fantastic coffee ( Nespresso at the lobby). Ask for a room away from the kitchen area as they were preparing breakfast items at 5.30/ 6 am and it was so noisy. Over all a very positive experience!

Clean and comfortable in a great area. Excellent. Little breakfast. My only criticism is that I want a real door on the bathroom. I cannot imagine why architects think it's cool to put Windows and partial doors in front of toilets.

The hotel is in a very nice area. Check-in was easy. Staff was friendly. The room was a bit small.

Great place

Found a used condom on the floor of my room. Told the staff and they said to "just leave it there"

Basically there are no windows in the rooms. It’s fine for sleeping but isn’t a pleasant space to spend time.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast had good healthy options.

Hotel Keen is perfect for my stays in Palo Alto for track meets at Stanford. It is next to dining and shopping options and a short walk to Stanford’s campus. Yhry have a bike to use and even had an umbrella to use when it was raining.

Nice hotel on the basic side but was clean and front desk was nice. There was a homeless man out front going through the trash so that was a little scary but he didn’t bother me.

I had a wonderful stay here. Great location, walkable to everything, the staff was friendly and accommodating, room was clean, bed is comfortable, it’s quiet, and they always kept the refreshment area will cold infused water and coffee. Would stay here again and recommend. They also have complimentary bikes to ride around town.
