Nice hotel. Easy check in and check out. Complimentary vouchers for the cafe across the street was a nice touch

The hotel is ideally located in midtown making it easy to walk or ride anywhere in the city. When the restaurant is finished it will be even better. Felix Coffee next door is amazing. I was also impressed with the staff who found and returned my daughter’s favorite stuffed animal. It spent a few extra nights in NY.;)

Wasn't sure what to expect as this brand was not our typical choice. But once we arrived it was clear that the experience would be quiet unique. We were upgraded to a King Suite and let me tell you, it was fit for a "king". My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and would highly recommend Hotel Park Avenue to anyone visiting the Big Apple anytime soon.

Was supposed to receive my 200.00 deposit back. The room was clean and intact when we left. Zero damages. I was told within a day or two I’d receive my deposit back, a week later they told me to email as I should have received it already. No response, so I called the following week then they said up to 30 days. A couple days shy of 30 days still no deposit, so now I have to go through my bank for the deposit. Terrible customer service. No coffee in the mornings either, you have to go across the street first. Laundry service is a rip off, charging like I think 8.00 per t shirt. Only one small stool per balcony, asked for a second they never brought one (king size balcony suit with 2 people staying). Will not stay here again.

Easy checkin

The property was easily accessible and in a good location. The staff, Bryan and Stephanie, were amazing. From helping us to get checked-in and out for our stay, ensuring that our luggage remained safe while we explored the city, providing recommendations of things to do/places to eat, they truly enhanced our stay making us feel as if we were simply in a home away from home. Kudos to the staff!

Excellent stay. Newly renovated room, comfortable with small balcony and spacious bathroom. Clean property with helpful staff. Was told that expect to open bar/restaurant in late fall (under construction right now) and upper floor terrace area. Nice location for our stay, we will be back!
