Very friendly staff, extremely clean throughout all areas. We were on floor 14 and had good views around. Room was large, clean, comfortable and shower was powerful.
There were free cycles on first come first serve which we used for a couple of hours to tour the harbour side.
Parking is expensive so we used a garage a block away for $30 a day as opposed to their service.
The hotel is lovely and central so the harbour is a 5-10 minute walk, little Italy 5 minutes, gaslamp quarter is a 10-15 minute walk. USS Midway 15 minute walk.
Loads of micro brewery’s within staggering distance as well

Very subpar for Autograph. Looks nice and has cool decor. Common area downstairs is good. Breakfast os delicious and serving staff are great. But room smelled very moist and possibly moldy- they cut the bottom of the curtain in the shower possibly because of mold so more water would get everywhere whenever we showered. We told them about the smell and they said that they can spray a fragrance essentially…. Their double bed option is too full beds so don’t plan on having two people sleep in one bed.

The place itself was above average, but the staff was absolutely terrible. My Beats Studio headphones were lost during my stay when room service cleaned in the morning the first night and when I reported it, they offered no help at all. For how expensive this place is, it really has very little to offer. Definitely won’t be here again.
