I loved the staff they were so informative they were amazing collectively, They definitely need a update to there pool area furniture was definitely outdated and very dirty. The whole pool area needs to be maintenance and it’ll be a great place.

The hotel was fine. We were inconvenienced by a 24 plus hour flight diversion and needed a few hours sleep. However the staff was extremely nice but stressed to us that becuase it was a third party booking they didn't even have a room with two double or queen beds. That's pretty annoying at 4 am. The room they gave us was clearly under some improvements in the bathroom but we slept a few hours and left. Not cool Orbitz! Not cool at all.

Television was not working. We told the staff at front desk while we went out. We were told it would be fixed. It was not when we returned after 3 hours.
Air Conditioner was not functioning as we tried to make the room less cold. We had to stop the A/C.
The coffee corner had no dairy creamer.
During check out time, the elevator (only one was in service out of 3) stopped working. We had to walk down from the 5th floor. When informed to the front desk there was no apologies rendered or even an enthusiasm shown to get it fixed. My wife, fresh from a major surgery had to walk down for 5 floors.
Terrible stay. Will never visit this Marriott again.
