Great everything. Will stay again and im very picky

Rooms are basically ok. Maintenance is lacking in many ways thus cheap price. Disney shuttle times only 3 in am, ending 9:30. Pickup times the same. Carpet torn, paint, caulk, trim needs repair. Guess that is why it’s cheap.

This is one of the best options for traveling to Disneyland. They have free breakfast, free shuttle to Disneyland and daily housekeeping if you ask. Coffee maker and ingredients in the room, hair dryer included. I definitely recommend this hotel. Staff in the front desk are super nice.

The young las at reception for check-in was amazing. Having the Disneyland shuttle was so good. Establishment showing signs of age.

Very run down, dirty and we paid extra for a queen bed and it definitely wasn’t a queen bed. Wry little options for breakfast. The whole building smelt like cigarettes.

Cheap and affordable hotel with a design that makes it seem a higher end hotel.

Ice machine didn’t work on our floor. No refrigerator. Vending machine on our floor only took cash- need better choices for beverages

Not great. Needs some major upgrades. Bed sheets were clean. Breakfast was powdered eggs and premade waffles, cereal, Hotel served its purpose but I would not stay again.

Everyone was friendly, the property is walkable to shopping centers, I did not like the smell of moist trapped in the room , there were crumbs underneath the beds and the beds made a squeaky sound,

Asked for refrigerator in room was told have to see any left brought after I left room

The room was clean and tidy. The curtains are light resistant which I like because I don't like waking up early. I enjoyed the breakfast options that they provided. Parking lot was spacious. The staff was friendly. The hotel also offers a shuttle ride to Disneyland for free, which is why I was there. The only negative thing about it my stay was their bathroom tub. The tub was very slippery. My daughter, whom is six, felt it as soon as she got it. And even though I was careful getting in on my first night, I actually fell. Thankfully on my butt, but I did hurt my left shoulder trying to hold on as I was falling .The shower doesn't have a shower rail, so when I tried to get up, it was very difficult. They should have shower mats too. That would have made it safer. So I will unfortunately leave with that memory. Not sure if I would stay there again in the future.
