Only complaint was that the water pressure is very weak. I was also surprised they didn’t have nicer shampoo/conditioner/body wash or any lotion but that isn’t a complaint.

Hyatt has never disappointed me. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and answered everything I asked. Walking distance to the park, aquarium, and world of Coca Cola.

The staff was polite and the location was convinient, however, the hotel rooms were deteriorated and in poor condition.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. My aunt was disabled and they were extremely accommodating. We truly had a wonderful trip and that largely stemmed from the staff at this hotel. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

A bit sad to see - Nice property, big rooms, but not being looked after very well. Carpets in corridors to rooms sense very dirty (looked like a puke-stain on the corridor outside our room). First room we were out in had missing black-out blinds and missing curtains (why put us in there or why didn’t the staff know it? - maybe this attitude why the building is falling into disrepair…). Facilities seemed good and lobby clean/polished, breakfast was good. Convenient and safe walk to/from Aquarium and Coca Cola.

We stayed here for 1 night while visiting the aquarium. Hotel was clean and close enough to walk. Not a fan of spending an extra $55 to park but otherwise all good

My family and I had 3 double bed rooms booked on the 6th floor for 7 nights 8/17 to 8/24 and my one issue was housekeeping not replacing TOILET PAPER. Housekeeping came in daily and replaced towels and washcloths but never the toilet paper. I had to find housekeeping on two different occasions just to get a roll. $55 a night for parking is absolutely ridiculous!! Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt House and I would recommend this location to friends and family.

Un lugar tranquilo y accesible. Su personal atento, un lobby espectacular y la calidad del servicio del desayuno muy bueno. La limpieza no era la mejor. Olor a humedad en la habitacion y en los pasillos.

Great location for main attractions didn’t like having to pay valet for parking for the entire stay since there was no parking

Breakfast was tasty! Quick walk to the aquarium. Staff very friendly.

The breakfast was delcious. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was professional.

I checked in on Friday August 15, 2025 and when i got to my room i noticed the room was very warm. i notified front desk and they said they would get some to check it out. a hour passed and the moved us to another room and it was cold like the other rooms were in my party in was just cool. My sister suffers from asthma and she needed a cold climate room but they did not accommodate us with that. We made us stay in the second room that they moved us too and said that Hotels. com was credit my account $50.00 for the room. so i need to know when will my account be credited for that.

We had a relaxing time! The beds were big enough :) and the staff was super helpful. Our kids had a great time in the pool and the gym!
