房间不隔音，空调太吵，卫生很一般

Disappointing stay experience! The room is very large, more than 500 feet, but the room is empty, the simple white walls have no wallpaper, no decorative paintings, no curtains, black roller blinds to let in light, the furniture walls in the room are black and white and cold, not warm, and the TV is 35 inches? or 40 inches? Very small, no sofa chairs, tea tables, very little furniture. The bathroom is very large, the layout is very strange, the shower room is small, the washbasin is small, the usable countertop is very small, the countertop of the washbasin is a very bad yellow color, and the stainless steel trash can next to the toilet is full of dirt. The room key card given by the front desk at check-in cannot open the room door. Return to the front desk to re-enter the information, and go upstairs again to use it normally😓... Breakfast is very simple. At 9:30, the guests cleared up their plates and closed their meals before they finished eating. When I checked out, the front desk staff charged me 39.7 dollars for parking fee per night. When I made the reservation, the order stated $30 per night. I asked why so much money was deducted? Asking me to show the reservation website information to confirm the parking fee is so unprofessional! After confirming that the parking fee is $30/night, I promised to refund the overcharged $9.7, but I checked the bank card and found that only $4 was refunded. This is the worst Hyatt I've ever stayed at!

It’s an awesome good location and nearby great restaurants

Breakfast was simple but awesome with variable fresh and healthy choices. Room was quite clean.

Just near the ramp of i94. Close to Westfied mall within walking distance. A Very nice hotel. But there was some noise of air conditioning in cold day

Title: Perfect stay for our big family! We have four kids and stayed in a suite, which was spacious enough for our entire family. We stayed for 8 nights and were very happy with how clean and well-maintained the hotel was. The location is excellent—very close to the lake, and both Target and Trader Joe’s are within walking distance. Breakfast had a great variety, and we especially appreciated being able to order fresh omelets. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The only downside was the parking fee, which was $25 per night. Other than that, everything was perfect. We’d love to come back again in the future!

Not clean. Was put in an accessible room and the shower flooded the entire bathroom. Extremely limited parking. Parking in back alley area of hotel. Only around 20 spots available for entire hotel. Frequently returned to hotel to no available parking.

The front desk staff was ok, not great but not awful. The hotel had a smell due to food being brought in, not sure if it was the hotel food or someone bringing it to the hotel. The hotel was in a great location. It is expensive to park the car, on our own.

Spacious and clean room and friendly staff

Great location, three blocks from El, restaurants everywhere. Our room was clean, quiet, a nice size.

The associate at the front desk was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! The Check-In was easy and our room was clean and spacious! Would highly recommend!

The hotel is in a convenient location and we were able to walk pretty much everywhere. The staff were nice and knowledgeable of where to eat and visit. The gym was clean. Other than having to pay for parking, I was happy with our stay and would return again.

Really like the location, plenty of restaurants and coffee houses around here, safe and clean. Will definitely stay here if we come back.
