The so called breakfast is just some rubish food in a paper bag…No shampoo or body wash in the bathroom

靠近地鐵站，交通方便，附近也有著名景點，就算用走的也可以輕易到達。房間乾淨，但冷氣系統有點吵，如果追求超寧靜睡眠環境的話，要考慮一下。

the hotel was okay for the most part, parts of my room needed repairs and the shower handle was coming off, breakfast was not great, just expected better from a hyatt

We had a great time, good breakfast and very nice staff.

We had a studio room with kitchenette for 1 week (2 seperate reservations as had to extend stay). The room was plenty big enough with great views. Location is fantastic for Manhattan as a tourist. Lifts were not an issue the week we were there. Breakfast was maybe a bit the same every day if staying a week but fine. Breakfast bar staff and especially the reception staff were fantastic. There are hotels with better facilities but we would go back to this one no problem.

Great hotel and conveniently located near numerous restaurants and Madison Square Garden. We stayed in a spacious suite that felt very new. Great free breakfast in the morning. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very impressed. Will definitely stay again

The stay here was Okay. The facilities were good and the room was showing to the street and the empire state building. But the breakfast was not good. The food variety was poor and the coffee ☕️ was .... That is why I give a 3.5 star

De conception récente, l'hôtel est parfaitement aménagé (chambre confortable, à la propreté irréprochable, literie de grande qualité et surface appréciable). Accueil professionnel, excellent service client. Petit-déjeuner buffet compris. Idéalement situé pour profiter à pied de sites incontournables (Highline, Chelsea, Hudson Yards, Meatpacking District, Empire State Building, Union Square, Greenwich Village). A proximité se trouvent plusieurs lignes de bus permettant de sillonner la ville. Situation parfaite, accueil, confort : ce sera notre choix pour un prochain séjour à New York.

Great location and great hotel

We had a great stay for our first time in NYC. Besides the initial confusion of Hyatt House vs Hyatt Place we had a pleasant stay over three nights. I went to Hyatt Place first due to my ignorance. Having breakfast included was great because that removes one big decision in the morning. Breakfast is on the 2nd floor and it was good quality. The room, the staff, bathroom amenities were excellent. I would stay here again. The hotel has a great connectivity to subway, bus, rental Citi bikes, and also walking distance to many restaurant/ bat options.

Check in was great. Room space is small. Barely has room for luggages. Rooftop bar is next door so it noisy and uncomfortable for the kids.

Parking is not 24 hours and the hotels breakfast ends at 9am, there is no proper communication from staff.
