Hyatt Place Bentonville/Rogers

总体还不错， 就是在重新装修， 有点吵。 地点靠近公路， 比较吵杂。

The hotel was clean and looked nice. The lobby, halls, and elevators we very warm for 90° plus day, but when we walked into our room it was nice and cool and felt great. The room was clean bit the fridge didn't seem like it got very cold. The shower had a crack in the ceiling and when the unit above ran water, it was steadily dripping into pur shower. The beds were very firm and we did not sleep well at all. The beds were not comfy at all. We went down to check out the breakfast and decided not to eat. There wasn't a lot of choices and my kids were bummed they didn't offer waffles or pancakes. This hotel will work for people who like a bed that is like laying on the floor, and if you don't care about breakfast options.

No cold water in the shower

Convenient to restaurants that are within walking distance and close to the Walmart Amphitheater. It was quiet and clean place to stay.

It was great. The staff was awesome from the receptionist at the desk to the shuttle driver

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was very easy to get to off the highway. The only complaint would be highway noise.

Wonderful staff and Management. Breakfast was perfect size and option. Would always go back.

The first room they gave us smelled like a dog crapped it. The carpet in both rooms were so dirty that i didn’t walk barefoot in stocking feet. Kept my shoes on. The overall cleanness was horrible.

Wonderful front desk, housekeeping and breakfast bar staff. In room bathrooms could use a little makeover but overall a nice hotel. Close to most things in Bentonville and Rogers.

Great amenities and close to everything. Nice breakfast also.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THE SHEETS/BLANKETS ARE WASHED. I flipped my blanket over throwing stuff on the bed & it was one of the most gross things I’ve seen. The colors/stains/spots. I went to Walmart to get a blanket cause i was scared

It was wonderful. The only complaint I have is the pool wasn’t available and it was why we booked in the first place. Also a light wouldn’t work in the room which is an easy fix

Staff was great , check in was easy and room was nice and clean.

Very disappointed to find the pool is not open. Wish hotels would alert guests, prior to penalty time for cancellation, when amenities are not available.

Too close to the highway - the traffic can he heard in the rooms

Pool was closed during our stay this summer.

Family stayed 2 nights. Everything went good.

Very friendly hostess upon signing in. Felt very welcome.

Our family enjoyed the cleanliness of our room. There are several options for eating near by!!!

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the coffee was fresh.
