Room was dirty. Stains on the sheets, remote and tv channel list. They came and changed the sheets right away. The staff was overall very nice but the room was just not clean.

The shower was never more than slightly warm the 5 nights we stayed. The gym didn’t have full sets of dumbbells and sometimes the water wasn’t stocked. The breakfast was good there. The hotel had quite a bit of wear and tear. It was fine for the price but would never stay again.

A/C was putting out humidity- it was cool enough but the pillows and sheets felt wet. Older furnishings but clean.

I would stay here again

This hotel is in serious need of a remodel. The room gave me an ick feeling due to the yellowing curtains, outdated furniture and the room had a smell of feet and canned soup. The air worked but didn’t actually cool the room properly, and when it kicked on this is when I smelled CAN soup. I guess the previous person didn’t take his bag of trail mix and water that the hotel left as a welcome gift. The letter was written to him. The shower poured water on the floor due to the poor design which also made it difficult to enter the shower due the bathroom door opening in the way of the shower entrance. Those yellowing curtains were bad!

Front desk staff were super! Breakfast and area clean and well stocked. Furnishings were shabby. Door frames rotted. Carpet dirty appearance. Room and bedding clean and comfortable. Whole place could use an upgrade. Could put some of that money to better use. Good for our purposes but don’t expect anything fancy from this Hyatt.

Nice property, very clean, friendly staff, however, the hot water in our room was not working. I called front desk and told them and they said they would send maintenance up to fix AND they offered to move us, but we we were only staying two nights and were on the go, so we elected to have maintenance repair. We returned very late that next morning of day 2 and it still wasn’t fixed. We endured it because we had to get up 5 hours later arriving back prior to check out at 6 this morning. Otherwise, room was nice and clean and I liked the layout. I would suggest that the TV remote control be updated. Ours was something from like the 90s. They offered a very good continental breakfast. I would stay here again, just need the hot water working.

Good location and service

30 families from out water polo team stayed their for Junior Olympics. Rooms were very large and easily slept 5-6. Breakfast each morning was very good. Parking was easy and the hotel is located near restaurants, groceries and entertainment. I would highly recommend this hotel to a large group!
