I stayed here over the Labor Day weekend two years in a row. I love the location of the hotel. It is quiet and safe. The rooms are spacious and the room fragrance is just so refreshing. The bedding is very comfortable. There is also parking on the property or a public parking access across the street.

Property could use a facelift. There is no place in the hotel to get a cup of coffee. There is a *bux next door but not everyone wants that as the only option. Front desk staff would benefit from better people skills, simple requests were answered with either a shrug of the shoulders or confusing directions. The parking garage has a weird layout with convoluted instructions as to where guests should park.

The location is very convenient to public transportation and it is very walkable to many restaurants. The hotel decor and rooms are pretty vanilla, but the bed was very comfortable and we had a room with a balcony which had nice views. The property is quiet and we enjoyed a special birthday dinner at Morton's Steakhouse which is located in the hotel. The person at the front desk when we checked in was not very welcoming or friendly. However, the next two days the front desk staff was friendlier. The bellmen out front were both very friendly and helpful. The location is what makes this hotel worth the stay.
