Great visits - here for work.

The staff was amazing. Helpful caring and genuine. The fridge in our room had a broken door it would not shut so the snacks we brought got thrown out. The ice machine on our floor was broken so had to travel to another floor for ice. But my biggest disappointment was the shower had no hot water ugg. The control know to go from cold to hot did not work very disappointing

I’ve been at this property every April / May for the last 5 years . The property is not well maintained. The ice machine on floor 3 has been out of service for at least 4 years . I finally had a room where the fridge and thermostat worked. The toilet was noisy and the shower was missing a shower head . It’s too bad because this property has so much potential. The staff this time were super nice.

Perfect location!

Great stay as always great location for sports or concert events

Came to the city for one night to enjoy a hockey game with my fiance. Enjoyed my stay here. Clean place. Nice rooms. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Will definitely keep this hotel in mind when I come back.

The attendent at the desk was excellent! (Kevin, perhaps?) He directed us to affordable parking, and made our check in smooth. When we had an issue with the water in our room, he personally brought us up a key for a new room immediately. Five stars for him!

Short stay but nice property

The room needs more lights, more soap and lotion, no bottle water

Hotel was average. Convenient location. Walking distance concert venue👍 My sister used the shower and found it moldy. The toilet had issues with flushing. (might have been a water pressure thing) I was most disappointed in the lack of hospitality. At check-in, front desk staff could not offer a single downtown Buffalo restaurant suggestion, which was crazy to me. And at check out, the guy did not even ask how our stay was, or even offer a "have a nice day". It felt like they could have cared less to have guests stay here. Just my honest impression. It was a good price. So i guess i got what i paid for.

For a Hyatt, rooms...I had 2... were dated and with obvious signs/wear and tear on furniture, bathrooms....not what i expect from a Hyatt property....

A little cold in the rooms.

The desk attendant wasn't very accommodating. Would not match online price. Had to go through 3rd party to get best rate. No heat in our room. Pool closes at 9 so no late night dips. For the money they charge it's not that nice! Very old building and the bathrooms show this very well. Don't waste your money if you want a nice romantic getaway!

Stayed here before...great hotel and affordable.

Would have been nice to have the lobby bar open after thr hockey game
