Last minute decision before going to Niagara. Were able to check in right away!

Older hotel, but clean & convenient to downtown Buffalo. Great, friendly staff. Please find a way to help CPAP users get distilled water.

I stay at the Hyatt was absolutely wonderful. The staff was very friendly and the food is very delicious. It was very convenient that they had a Starbucks located in the building because that was a seal the deal perk.👍 Bills 41/ Ravens 40 💯💯💯💯

Good stay

The room was very big and clean. Unfortunate they wanted $30 for parking. At 8 am in the morning you could hear the ringing of church bells and you couldn't sleep.

Staff was courteous parking was very expensive

The Hyatt is based in the central Downtown area we were able to branch out very easily. Quite a few attractions were within walking distances. Overall for a weekend stay very good.

Swimming pool was very dirty

Good stay, will return. Pool was cool, too.

Although parking is difficult, there is no other issues staying there. Keep in mind to pay for additional parking fee.

Just ok

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed. Very nice and great amnenities, including gym and pool. Convenient location, staff was courteous, very clean with nice surroundings

Nice hotel for wuick stay but a bit outdated like a lot of the other hotels in Buffalo

Lighting in the room was poor. There were 2 bed lamps and one light in the bathroom. No light in the entry hall and nothing at the other end of the room....including no lamp on the desk. I had to open the curtains to see the coffee machine. Layout of the room was odd. It was like they had some space left on the floor and decided to create a room. Electrical outlets were older.

Giant terrible stain in the carpets, the light switch in the bathroom was falling out, and wht water wasn't working. I paid for a deluxe room.

Staff was very nice and welcoming. The only negative comment I have is that on each floor it saying there are vending machines, but it’s only ice. I know there is a mini mart in the hotel, but it would’ve been nice to not have to go down 12 floors to get a drink

News of this property being “the worst” Hyatt Regency are greatly, GREATLY exaggeratedz. First off, it has one of the more impressive lobbies around and I don’t think the guest rooms are all that bad. Yes, there’s a light in our room that doesn’t work and some of the doors in the hallway are janky…but it feels clean and is presentable. The staff are nice and I was able to check in a full four hours early. The area around the place is hit or miss, I went for a few walks and there are people asking for money that stick close to the heavy traffic/touristy areas. As long as you go about your business, they won’t bother you but remember to be kind.

Great to be downtown, but not a lot happening in downtown Buffalo. A couple of food places nearby. Overall, sufficient for a weekend stay.

Great overnight stay. Location was convenient and walking distance to canalside and area.
