It's a great hotel with nothing interesting outside of the premises

After multiple delays and getting bumped to an early morning flight, I booked this hotel for convenience to the airport. A couple value tips for those unfamiliar with this hotel+airport: 1. You can call for hotel shuttle pickup from any terminal. Initially airport staff told me to go to terminal C and I got lost due to poor signage/construction. Pickup is from lower level than gates. 2. A free shuttle runs every 20min from the hotel to - but pickup was late for 5.20AM shuttle and it took about 35min after stops to get to my terminal. (They stopped at unplanned terminals and then a terminal that no one was going to). A direct trip would take 5min. If you are in a rush- get an uber. 3. All food shuts down at 11pm. If you are a late night arrival, there is only vending machines for drinks. An overall comment, due to proximity, this is a hotel many of the flight crews use. It was very annoying that a line of travelers watched a crowd of 15 flight crew bypass the checkin line while only 1 person could check in guests. (And delay our check in process). Hotel staff should make sure there is some coverage to speed up check-ins when a busload of guests arrive on the shuttle. The room itself was nice as expected for a Hyatt Regency and no issues with any of the facility itself.

Very convenient for flying out of DFW early. Older hotel but friendly efficient staff.

커다란 캐리어를 놓을 공간도 여유로웠습니다. 그리고 공항 터미널에 있는 숙소였지만, 방음도 매우 잘 되어 있다고 느껴졌습니다. 매일 정기적으로 운행하는 셔틀버스 때문에 이른 아침 공항으로 이동하기에도 편리했습니다.

This is the perfect hotel to stay in for trips in and out of the airport. Friendly staff, quiet hotel, great food choices.

It was a loud high pitched sound that was going off all night long and it was like an alarm going off. And when I said something to the hotel, they said sorry about that. Didn’t offer me another room didn’t offer me anything. Just sorry about that.
