The hotel is very clean. But not too much restaurant choice.

Comfortable beds, Easy Transportation right out the front door. Food was good (priced a little high). Amazing Staff

Our room was on the 4th floor facing Nicolett, and it was very noisy. The bed was not very comfortable. I did appreciate the extra counter space and outlets in the bathroom.

The rooms were great and the hotel was way nice. Some homeless people wonder in the area and parking was pricey, but to be expected downtown Minneapolis. I would definitely stay again

The property is fine…we just made the mistake of walking around the hotel/downtown. A homeless guy followed me for more than a block, my family of four walked through a marijuana cloud and my eight year son said he was scared as we walked back from dinner. I don’t see this as a Hyatt issue. It’s a downtown Minneapolis issue.

First of all, I've been to this hotel four times, and each time it gets worse. I'll start by saying that my reservation was made through Expedia. It was a huge problem at check-in because the receptionist isn't very knowledgeable, and when I spoke to her boss, it got worse because she wanted to double-charge me the money they take for any inconvenience. Plus, parking gets more expensive every day because they charge you for every entry and exit, which is terrible since it's under construction and it was quite overwhelming to park my truck. We always stay at this hotel because my children and their friends, who came with us this time, love to play basketball, and having a court available is great. But this court is getting more neglected, dirty, and hotter every day (we asked for the air conditioning to be turned on, and the manager said no, because it could affect other guests. Which guests? That area is the loneliest and most dangerous in the entire hotel). When we got to the room and wanted to take a shower, it turned out the tub started to flood, and we had to wait almost 40 minutes before the others could shower. The tub was full of mold and rusty things. It was obvious they haven't given it the necessary maintenance. In the end, they fixed it. Breakfast is not included, and going to the buffet was the most unpleasant and expensive thing I've ever paid for, since it was a simple continental breakfast, which is included in any hotel. I will never book at this hotel again.

Overall we were really happy with our stay; except the pool was shut down and we weren't given advanced warning.

Overall an excellent stay - due to occupancy we were unable to get the buffet and then the food option I chose was limited due to running out of food and then when it came out it was still missing the mushrooms - a little bummed there but the rest was really good. Quiet and beautiful hotel. Would recommend overall!

I know the state of downtown MPLS and it was Pride and just in general. Just hoping that this comment can help you guys with government and show that extra security is a must. Other wise 10 out of 10! I would move in if I could haha

Parking fee higher than what they say

Love the regency.

We Had A great experience with our staff checking in! Made everything super fun and quick, we also got to see the Guatemalan team and take pictures so that was a plus.

Not a good start, parking structure under construction so that was a little tricky; no clear signs of a skywalk or elevator. We booked a city view room. When we arrived into our room, it was a pool view room with no windows and major chlorine smell. Had to go back down to switch rooms. Our city view room was great. Great view of the city. There were six elevators and it seemed like there was only one working at a time. So there were multiple stops on each elevator ride. Great location though. Great restaurants and parks all within walking distance. Didn’t have time to swim, but the pool looked nice. I would stay here again.

Loved staying here the bathroom was amazing!! Just didn’t like the parking ramp!
