Rooms were clean however the bathroom was a little tight for a small family of 3. You can tell they renovated recently which is a plus. Would stay here again if needed to.

This room/hotel is terrible. I book and paid for 2 king suits and received 2 queen double beds. One room the entire floor was wet and the room stinked the other room was poorly set up and dirty. Not a good hotel

Room floors where wet smelled like mildew we booked king suites upon arrival was told they weren't available staff had nasty attitude all overall poor experience i usually dont leave company reviews but i had to unfortunately.

This property is worn out and in desperate need of room updates. The staff are heads down and seem overworked. That leaves the impression they don’t have much time for you. We requested extra pillows three times to no avail. And the air conditioning in the room was completely unreliable. I would not recommend this hotel until you hear that they have put money Into making improvements.

Room is way too small

No hot tub, pool was all one depth all around and was in a basement on its own. We were in a room super far from elevators that must have flooded because we had to walk through slushy wet carpet to get to our room, which made our carpet wet. Couch in the room did not pull out and one side of it was open with no arm rest so not comfortable to sleep on at all. Room service came but didn’t give us any towels so we had to call for new ones.

The staff were garbage. Room service sucked. House keeping didn’t do there job properly. The room was extremely dirty. If I could I would give them 0 stars. Do not come here. The staff were extremely rude

Das Hotel hat auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck gemacht; tolles äußeres Erscheinungsbild, gute Umgebung und prunkvoller Eingang. Das Zimmer war allerdings ziemlich abgewohnt, das Bett quietschte die ganze Nacht und war durchgelegen. Die Tür zum Flur war sehr dünn und hellhörig, die Tür zum Badezimmer war stark beschädigt und das Highlight war das vollkommen blinde Fenster. Die Preise für das Essen im Hotel waren selbst für amerikanische Verhältnisse überzogen und die Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer wird für 5$ verkauft. Insgesamt würden wir dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen, da es dem Mindeststandard für eine erholsame Nacht nicht bietet. Da können weitaus günstigere Motels einiges mehr als dieses vollwertige Hotel.

Staff were nice, beautiful lobby, room was great, and the breakfast was outstanding; would definitely stay again! Also, conveniently close to the mall, plenty of dining options, and the highway. Highly recommend

I've never written a bad review, and this is not a bad hotel, I think we probably had an unusual experience. The hotel is beautiful, convenient, clean, and affordable. When we first got there we were given a room and upon going up to it there were already bags and someone was clearly staying there. We went downstairs, they told us there shouldn't have been anyone but gave us a new room. We went back upstairs at which point we walked into a King Room when we had paid for (and needed) 2 doubles. I called down this time and said I needed the double room, and they argued a bit over whether I paid more for a double, my need for a double, and said they'd check and call me back. No apology at all.15 Minutes later he called, met me upstairs with a key for a room (3131 maybe) down a long smelly hallway, but it was 2 doubles, no one was staying in it, so fine. The AC dripped all night long so there's a large wet spot on the floor next to the bed. Two night stay, we wouldn't be hanging out in the room, we're fine. I also approached a staff member in the lobby (carrying something, so I assumed working otherwise I wouldn't) and asked if they knew where I could get some utensils. They replied saying they were off instead of pointing me in the direction. I work in retail and understand bad days, again, this isn't a bad review for a bad hotel. I get the hourly employee mindset. I wanted to put this out there so maybe they'd look at it as an opportunity for improvement.

The location of the hotel is wonderful, close to the expressway. Hotel lobby is really nice. However, it was really noisy on our first night. They must have some kind of party in a tent right below our room. We can hear the loud music on the 5th (top) floor till 2300. The bathroom door was hard to close, the door to the room has a gap in the corner so other people can see the light in the room from outside via the gap. The iron left a burnt mark on my white cami.

It was a lovely hotel and close to wonderful restaurants and the mall.
