Clean and efficient, well designed room features.
Better signage when you enter street level parking lot directing you to underground parking for lobby entrance.

Have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Hotel was clean and room was spacious.
Parking can be tight in garage but there’s parking outside of garage if rather park there. Only recommendation is have a better sign on where the Lobby is(either in garage or outside of garage) and which floor it’s on if park in garage.

房間很大，乾淨舒適，早餐還行，其中遇到火災警報，洗澡到一半就衝出捉了重要的東西後衝出去，所幸是假性警報，沒有事，Check out時沒有提供帳單，傍晚返回索取，要我們上Hotel.com要，這個我不確定對不對，但其他家在check out都有提供。

The smell of black mold permeated my room. Had a nightmare for the first time in a long time due to having to inhale it. Was fairly clean but that smell was a bad experience. Staff could have been more attentive. Overall was an okay hotel.

Very clean property. It’s right off the freeway so very convenient. Rooms were clean and we loved the room toiletries provided (they use dove). A short drive to downtown Mountain View.
