Absolutely love this hotel the general manager is amazing along with the cleaning staff! We will definitely book here again and again it's a nice hidden gem can't wait to book here again! Thanks guys for being the best hotel we have stayed at and we stay in hotels very frequently.

Front desk staff was super nice. It’s not the Ritz, but there are no bugs, it’s clean, there are some little nicks and knacks but for the price, was a great stay!

I was impressed with the customer service aspect and wanted to leave this comment to say Great Job Mary! Thanks for being so helpful and understanding. You made things work out the best they could and were very pleasant and sweet!

The woman at the front desk on Sunday morning went above and beyond to get me an early check in after I had a long red-eye flight.

I’ve never had a bad experience when I stay here. Rooms are always clean & the front desks staff are always extremely nice and friendly and helpful. Especially Angelique, anytime I make a reservation in advance she’s always on top of it and makes checking in super easy and convenient. She definitely goes above and beyond when it comes to any guest who chooses to stay here. I’d definitely recommend staying here no questions asked.

There pool was closed off and not in operation, no one came to clean our room or bring us new towels, only one small trash can in the bathroom and the trash was overflowing in the hallways. The elevator was in poor condition and we almost couldn't find our room because there was no number plate, it was just written on the wall outside the room... Not the worst experience but definitely a lot of areas for improvement. The whole place looked pretty run down and in need of serious renovations/upgrades. We liked that it was very close to downtown and free parking is always a plus!

Al entrar parese un hotel abandonado, al igual que la carpeta y el elevador no se diga, estube 2 noches y no me cambiaron las toallas, el baño nobtenia bote se la basura, la puerta se attas no era muy segura, abia indigentes en todo alredesor, la alberca esta fuera se servicio no tenia ni agua,del cuarto lo unico que si se mirava limpio era la cama y eso que antes se irnos mi hijo miro una mancha de sangre seca en el edredon, pero onestamente nosotros tenemos la culpa en parte por querer buscar lo mas barato y esas son las consecuencias, no se dejen yevar por las fotos ahi se mira muy bonito peeo nada que ver, o y el desayuno fue exelente eso si fue bueno, creo que fue lo unico jajjajaja.

Nice spot for the price

This hotel is one of the oldest buildings around there, but my experience was far from satisfactory. I booked a non-smoking room, yet the smell was overwhelming, causing me headaches. The bed was not only noisy but also uncomfortable. They advertise a morning breakfast, but all they provide are pancakes and cereals, which is quite disappointing. The AC and refrigerator produced the strongest ever which did not allow me to sleep.

The hotel wasnt that bad fir the price paid. The bathroom door was held together with staples and would not close right. Door was too big for the frame.

If you're looking for a decent place to stay for a night, this would do it. Just simple and affordable. Has an OK breakfast in the morning. The place is fairly clean. Could probably use a few upgrades. Nothing really major though. I had no problems. Just wish there was a coffee pot in the room. That is about the only thing I missed.

The worst beds and pillows we have every had in any hotel or motel. Not to mention some type of Critters squeaking and running around under our bathroom I heard them banging on to the tub and the water pipea

The beds were hard and the matress kept sliding off. The bathroom door would not close and the water handle for the shower came off so we couldn't shower. The bathroom was not very clean there was dirt in all the corners. There was only one wash cloth for 2 people and no trash can. There were no coffee cups for coffee in the morning only water cups. I wont stay there again.

It’s a step up from a hostel, the lobby was dirty, staff had attitude at check in. We arrived at night and went to turn on the lights in the room and they didn’t work. Had to walk to the other side of the room to turn on the nightstand light and when I did I noticed the walls, floor and chairs had stains. The bed seemed cleanish but the pillows were tiny. At least it had a parking lot and it seemed private, which makes sense in hindsight because I didn’t see any housekeeping during my stay

I was greeted and checked in by a sweet lady named Nuvia. She helped me throughout my stay, providing silverware and with a food delivery. Nuvia was very kind and pleasant. I will definitely be taking advantage of the great location and hospitality this hotel has to offer. (Interior rooms are the way to go).
