We had a very relaxed time there. Nice room and you feel like you are living in the woods. He makes a great breakfast. it was quiet and we could sleep well. We will go back.

I can’t wait to go back! The sun drenched Cliffside room was an incredible home base to explore the Hudson Valley. Breakfast was homemade and delicious. I loved watching the birds outside the windows each morning. It was a perfect weekend away!

Exceptional breakfast Helpful host

This was our third visit and it was as delightful as the previous two. Our host, Harry, never ceases to amaze us with his friendliness and breakfast cuisine, which you eat while watching birds flocking to the bird feeders outside. The property is as charming as ever and perfect for us to get away and relax for a few days. Thank you Harry!

Lovely, relaxing inn with excellent breakfast!

Excellent property, relaxing and breakfast was very good. Birds were a special treat to see and observe as they ate at the bird feeder.

What a gem! Inn the Woods is a lovely B&B very close to the FDR home and museum, the Vanderbilt mansion, and so much more. The hosts provided thoughtful touches in our room, such as a small fridge with bottled water, bedside lamps with USB ports, and plenty of hooks in the bathroom. And the breakfasts! Absolutely delicious and all made personally by our host. He even catered to my husband's unfortunate meat allergy by *making* turkey sausage patties to go with the eggs. We highly recommend Inn the Woods!
