There were multiple things that went wrong. I have stayed here several times before and this was a terrible experience! First of all during check in. They down graded my accommodations. I booked a king size bed and they sold out so we had the ONLY option of two queens. Then when we were leaving to go shopping. The elevators were broken so we had to walk down 9 flights! Next we were having dinner at the restaurant. Terrible service!!!!!!!!! It took over an hour to get our food. Plus it wasn’t that good. Definitely wouldn’t recommend eating there. The following morning at checkout. I called for help with our luggage. After waiting 45 minutes. We made two trips to take down everything. Just terrible customer service. This place has really gone down on the customer service!!!!!!!!

Omg! Idk where to start, EVERYONE was so friendly the property was exceptionally clean and our rooms were perfect! 100/10 experience. I loveddd it here

Wonderful

My experience at this hotel was quite underwhelming. I had anticipated a distinctive and refined stay given the hotel’s high-end positioning; however, it fell short of even the basic expectations typically met by economy accommodations. To begin with, there was no iron available in the room, although one could be requested at no additional charge. The water pressure in the bathroom was noticeably weak, though the water temperature was at least consistently hot. Additionally, the room lacked a mini fridge, which is generally considered a standard amenity. Lastly, while two extra soft pillows were provided per person, there was no option to request pillows of varying firmness. A combination of soft and medium pillows would have greatly enhanced overall comfort.
