The location is great! The hotel is historic and has a beautiful lobby. The only thing is that there is no super market in that area if you want buy some fruit or dairy stuff you’ll need to take a Uber.The restaurant is just fine .

Ótimo hotel, quarto bom e espaçoso. Café da manhã ok, escolha no cardápio, não é buffet e não é a vontade, mas é bom! Senti falta de opção com frutas. Bem em frente à Casa Branca!

Clean relax comfortable

We love this historic hotel right in the heart of DC. It is gorgeous and convenient. The ballrooms are to-die-for and we secretly hope that one of our children will have a wedding reception here. The afternoon tea is so lovely. We happened on this hotel late at night almost 20 years ago when we decided to pull over after a long day of car travel. The kind staff quickly accommodated us with our four weary children by getting us into our room quickly and setting up two baby cribs. We have been loyal patrons ever since.
