It was easy to stay and convenient for our cruise and reasonably priced

Very old rooms not cleaning around , unfriendly room stewards and poor breakfast, that place to eat very dirty. I will never come back. Invest money in the hotel , not only keep in your pocket; it means they don’t know how to make business.

The check in was easy the staff person was friendly the hotel appearance outside was run down the room also needed work the bedding was stained

The pool area is very clean

La propiedad esta bastante descuidada, las habitaciones tienen muebles bastante viejos incluso huele asi (como un closet de abuelita). Cerre todo y dormi con la luz encendida. La persona del front desk muy amable y atenta pero no recomiendo este lugar para pasar la noche antes de su crucero.

Stay away from this property. I rather pay hundred dollars more than staying on this property. The smells are so bad. Linen and towels are almost dark color from being white. Good thing we only stayed for one night and we almost backed out.

Terrible

This place is in need of severe makeover or just tear and rebuild a thing. At one time you could see this must’ve been a very nice place but ever since the pandemic I don’t think I’d have fully recovered The staff is very nice very helpful

Booked this hotel on a whim online, hubby and I were at the beach and had some drinks and didn't want to drive home, so decided to get a cheap hotel near the beach, you do not always get what you paid for, pictures looked decent and the room was $120 per night which was the cheapest we could find. Drove by this "hotel" a couple times before realizing it was the hotel we booked. It's in a shopping center and literally looks like it is abandoned, we would not have stayed but we could not get our money back and we didn't want to drive home after drinking. The shower was broken but had good pressure and hot water and the bed was comfy, I slept on top of my beach towel because I was afraid of bed bugs.

The place was little outdated but overall nice, the bed was little tough and hard but doable. It’s super convenient to the ports and reasonable price. Breakfast was just consist of cereal, bread, muffins and juice.

The room is clean and spacious worth the price highly recommended.

The rooms were dirty and the flooring was buckled and a trip hazard. The room door would not close without slamming it and was difficult to push open. No coffee cups in the room and for 1 adult and 3 children we had 2 bath towels, 1 wash cloth, and 1 hand towel. The toilet was so low to the floor like the kind you find in an elementary school. No fan in the bathroom. When I complained I was told, "what do you want me to do about it". I will never stay at that location again. The breakfast consisted of mini muffins, fruit loops or corn flakes, Bread that was in a bread loaf that many hands could have already touch. Milk and OJ was in a gallon jug that many hands had touched. We did not get our moneys worth out of the stay. We had to go to breakfast every morning which cost over $30 each meal.

At its price point, Island Hotel was a good stay. We stayed here 1 night prior to our cruise. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit dated with corroded faucets and shower head, but that was fine for the one night that we stayed. A couple of the lights didn't work but wasn't a deal breaker. If you need an affordable stay for a night or two, Island Hotel will be just fine.

Run down hotel. Out dated and in poor condition. No soap or shampoo,

This hotel is very old and everything seems original and in need or being renovated. That said, the room was clean enough. The bed comfortable and was well located to where we needed to be. I didnt want to spend a lot of money for a one night stay to attend a party, so understand you get what you pay for.

Need a lot repair

Helpful front desk staff on duty 24 hours. Arrived after midnight from late night flight for cruise. Had called and talked to desk to inform them of late arrival, no worries. A/C was cold & bed was comfortable. Pool looked nice though did not use. Property can use updating though only stayed short time. Breakfast selection was limited with cold cereals, bananas, white bread to toast and some mini muffins. Paper menus that were taped to tables and now half way torn off showed menu of cooked/hot breakfast offerings from better days. OK for the quick overnight stay that we used Hotel for from our late flight, some rest then on to the Cruise Port.

Went to the room and the bed was covered in bugs. Front desk staff gave us a refund with no hesitation.
