I always stay here when I go to KC but this room I got was jus so bad it looked terrible

Everything as expected at a Marriott. Good location. Handy shuttle

Amazing hotel! Valet was amazing- all amenities were top notch. Loved our view from our room. Located close to everything downtown approx 7 mins. Will stay here on the future.

Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Hotel was full and only 1 elevator was working. Took 15 minutrs to get up lto out room on the 11th floor or down to the lobby. Elevator was completely packed and stopped at every floor with many people waiting. $29 to self park per night or $45 tor valet $25 for breakfast.

4th elevator would be great! ALL else Excellent!!!

A couple of complimentary water bottles would have been nice. 24/7 coffee machine in lobby would also be great.

Numerous times only one of three elevators worked. Waited 45-60 minutes just to get on elevator on day we checked out.

Four elevators and only one was working… ridiculous… room TV went out twice. Peeling paint in bathroom

Zero complain. Overall service is beyond my expectations and the stay made my mind fresher after hard working days.

Our sheets were stained and dirty. Most staff was friendly but some staff acted like explaining things was painful

Toilet did not work and also staff wasn’t helpful on how to get to the room

Exceptional!!

When I checked I was given the wrong room and had to call the front desk to receive the correct room . While on the call the operator told me that the rooms may be booked , but I booked an corner executive room and was given a double bed room not big enough for my family and not what I booked . Hotel overall was fine not the best but not worse . Room was dusty and had to wipe things down to make sure it was cleaned . The Starbucks in the hotel was great and had great customer service . Everything is located close to the hotel for as shopping and dining

Hallways were pretty messy

We booked two queen beds and ended up with a king and couch that pulled out. Our friend wasn’t very impressed with a pull out couch.

The hotel itself was decent, but the staff could’ve been more professional and friendlier. The fitness center was a bit isolated and a man who appeared to be the janitor was hanging around up there and looking in, which was creepy.

Put me in a king when I needed 2 queens, a/c in room was terribly loud, front desk staff was clearly not enjoying his evening. Will not be staying here again especially for the cost
