I got help over the phone even very early in the morning!

Liked the location, service was okay. No front desk everything is via text so not the best. Cleanliness wasn’t the best either everything is old at least in the impala building and the towels had weird stains on them

the hotel is being renovated so it needs work. so many things in the area, walking distance to the beach. everything is self check in and self check out. The staff doesn't speak english at all.

I love it there and it was in a great location. It was so many restaurants that were close, a Walgreens on the corner and the bed did not let me go. The beds were definitely very comfortable I can’t complain. The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 for overall is that I really wished it had a microwave, more outlets in the bedroom area or at an least extension cord or some type of charging port and a ice machine (they may have one but I didn’t need ice until my last night so I am not sure) but besides that THEY WERE AWESOME!!! If you text the number that they provided you with I got help within 5mins every time and I really feel like it was less time than that!! I Loved it and definitely will book again. I appreciate you guys hospitality. Keep up the good work

Most places on South Beach is old. This place has been renovated or is going through renovation. It wasn’t bad. The parking is the only issue I had. I had to park half a mile down the street. Just keep that in mind on a busy weekend.

Bed was comfy and location is perfect, this is me beeing super picky I just wish some nights the air conditioning could go lower, but everything was great would recommend and is worth it.

Amazing location (for the ones looking to stay in the middle of the south beach). Very clean and ease to access. Be careful with parking, it’s expensive around.

I loved the fact that it was in a perfect location and getting in and out of the hotel was easy but there was blood in the bed and that is absolutely unacceptable!

建物が思っていたより古かったがMiamiは周りの多くのホテルが同じく古い建物です。清掃は行き届いていて綺麗にしてあります。バスタブもあって快適でした。夜に機械音が気になった。すぐ近くの綺麗なbeachでのsunriseと朝食は最高です♬

Nice, quiet location. Access was easy considering we got to the location. It was slightly difficult to find, but didn’t take long to find. Wouldn’t mind booking here again.

The hotel was clean and in a great location, which made getting around really convenient. Self check-in was very easy and straightforward, which I really appreciated. However, there were a few drawbacks during my stay. The blinds in the room were not blackout, so the room got quite bright early in the morning. I was also able to hear music from nearby venues at night, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Additionally, the air conditioning in Room 303 wasn’t working very well and struggled to cool the room properly. Despite these minor issues, I’d still consider staying here again for the cleanliness, location, and easy check-in process.
