Amazing staff and room

Breakfast items were already over at 8:30 ( the end time is 9:30). Staff support was terrible when this issue was mentioned to them.

The lodging facilities and staff were wonderful. My big concern was outside the building. It’s located immediately off of a freeway. The parking area and landscaping around the building were unkept. It looked like an invitation for homeless or unpleasant characters. We were charged $20 per day to park there in a lot that didn’t appear safe.

Overall great hotel, just some miscommunication between the airport shuttle. It was not labeled correctly to be able to know which shuttle to use.

We stayed one night before early flights the next morning, because of the free shuttle and close proximity to a Target and restaurants. The hotel was heavily scented of cleaning products in the lobby and the elevator was musty. Target was easy to get to by cutting across the arena parking lot. Restaurants across the street were harder to get to - lots of traffic and the crosswalk quite a ways away. Shuttle service was supposed to start at 5 but there was no driver. We were starting to worry about getting to the airport in time for our flights, and after 15 minutes the front desk ordered taxis at their expense.

Close to O’Hare. Reasonably priced. Back of the property is run down.

Easy check in. Right across the parking lot from Allstate and walked to our concert. Comfortable room. Clean. Good shower. Dove products.

Breakfast barely adequate, no shuttle afterc10 pm (not noted on website), room abd beds eere quite comfortable but property is aging.

Had a very nice stay

The customer service was great. Friendly staff very knowledgeable. Quick and easy check in. We loved our stay at the hotel. The hotel is very clean. The bed is comfortable .We had a great stay. Next time we are in town we will definitely stay here again. The outside of the property needs some maintenance. It looks like is abandoned and sketchy but as you drive to the back of the building it looks nice.

George was very friendly and helpful and my room was cleaned well during my recent stay at LaQuinta. However, the hotel was very dirty - there were stains in the hallways that looked like vomit and a spill in the breakfast area that went uncleaned. Also, the breakfast was very underwhelming and limited. For the cost of my stay, I would've expected more.

good hotel, but terrible shuttle service from/to the airport. they are overbooking the buses and the booking process is not very clear.

I like your property consider acquiring the abandon hotel that is attached because it doesn't help the appearance
