I left the hotel to go to my event, came back to a roach dead in the entry way. I picked up everything off the floor not wanting to take home roaches I saw a box of condoms in the corner.

The breakfast options where very slim

Facilities were old and in need of repair. Rusty metal in bathrooms, chips in furniture, cracked toilet tank lid glued back together. No maid service, difficult to get clean towels. Clean but very old and used.

The entire stay it smelled like weed on our entire floor and elevator.(Mind you it says 100% smoke free hotel and we have small children.) When we approached front desk she said she couldn’t do anything except put air fresheners in the hall. Also, we heard the lady who was in charge of cleaning the rooms demand at least $10 tip from a nice older lady. I understand maybe the tips are a huge help but a tip comes with a good service not from demanding it from the vulnerable. We don’t recommend for families with small children like us, next time we go to Dallas we won’t be staying here.

Excellent service, very clean, modern...Love the Black background color. Super easy access, a Big QT very close. Super quite. Great Price too! Just like we like it.!

Clean great price

When we first checked in the lady was kind of rude, the rolling carts to carry your luggage was not manageable. The room floor didn’t look vaccumed. I will say the ac worked great. The breakfast was not eatable. Waffles we had to cook twice just so the inside was cooked all the way. The eggs tasted like sponge and the Honey Nut Cheerios were stale.

The hotel is dirty, floors are filthy, hair was in restroom, tub was dirty, toilet wasn’t working it kept gulping and sheets were dirty. We did not stay there we left due to the nastiest.

I first checked and got my room. When I did my normal inspection of the room I find several small black bugs in the bathroom sink, walls and spiders in the bathroom. I immediately went to counter to change rooms she gave me a room two rooms down. This room didn’t haven’t the live bugs but there were dead bugs in the closet and dirty spots on the carpet, what looks like a black spot on the floor. Dirty shower curtain and dirty curtains. At this point it was midnight and I was coming from a sports tournament so I was exhausted. I Lysol my whole beds and slept on top of the sheets. In the morning the breakfast area had flies and was not cleaned up. I’m disappointed in this hotel and will not be returning.

The staff was very attentive and nice. It was quite and clean.

The motel was wonderful, clean and cool. If you are needing to sleep during the day id suggest somewhere else as theres an air base next-door and the jets are VERY loud 8am to 5pm. It was peaceful at night.

Great property!

The service was great. But the toilet seat was broken...the air didn't work very well and the whole room smelled awful. The location was a little sketchy too some strange characters hanging around the area so be careful.

It had some deep cleaning that needed to done, but whose house doesn’t!

Great place to stay and

The swimming pool walls and floor were gross and covered with algae. We were not able to use it. The service was great. The lady at the desk was super helpful and when we couldn’t figure out the TV she came right away.
