Little to no Wif in our room. Water pressure at the sink is a trickle. Cold eggs for breakfast and they were just brought out from the kitchen. 10 dollar a night parking fee for you to park your car in their lot all around the hotel. We travel quite often and that was a first for us.

The room was comfortable and clean. The area was decent and easy to get to and from other places in town. The pool was nice, and the breakfast was good. Overall a good value.

The bed was sagging, no water pressure in the sink & our room was never tidied up. They do have a washer & dryer on site for guest to use. That was great when you are traveling for a month. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. Close to Breweries.

Long line/wait for check-in at 4 pm! The shade has holes in it, causing light to come through in the morning. Other than that a pleasant stay.

I liked that it was so close to the airport I had a 6am flight

This property was conveniently located to the BackCove area where there are great shops, restaurants and of course the Cove.

The hairs on the pillow, and sticky ring that looked like it was from someone’s drink cup on night stand, and dust ball on the floor between the beds made me wonder about room cleaning between guests. Were the sheets changed? Waited in a line about 5 deep to check in. My first cc I was told didn’t go through. When I called the bank they told me the expiration date was entered incorrectly. Luckily I had another one and no lasting repercussions. Coffee was plentiful but less than average. On the plus side, one of the few reasonably priced options in the area with plenty of parking.

Enjoyed our stay overall . The greeting staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our only suggestions would be …better pillows, breakfast could use improvement, would be nice if water in lobby was refilled more frequently & it didn’t bother us too much but the air conditioner is really loud. On a positive note…the beds were comfy, it was nice to have the sink area outside of the shower/toilet area , and it was nice having the iron/ironing board, fridge and microwave available . If someone tries to plan a Portland city visit just know you will need to uber to get to the city every day …it is not walkable as thought it was when we booked. On a positive note, the Ubers were not as pricey as anticipated

This was rated as 5 stars when we booked. The WiFi was poor to fair at best. The room smelled musty. Breakfast for every day of our stay was limited, and under stocked , regardless of when we arrived.

I was surprised to learn that parking at this hotel was an additonal $10/night above the room rate. The check-in process was lengthy due to lack of staffing. Likewise the breakfast area was poorly managed as it too was understaffed.

When we checked in our original room did not have a working toilet. We were then moved to another room. Our new room has a very dirty shower, the air co disinter did not work properly, there was a sharp whistling noise that happened on and off throughout our whole stay and then when I went to get into bed there was candy wrapper trash in the sheets of the bed which was a clear indication the sheets had not been changed or cleaned. Really disappointed in our stay.

The hotel presented very well. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. The ice maker was great. The breakfast was sufficient for our needs; eggs, sausage, bagel, banana, peanut butter, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt. My only complaint was a $10 day parking! It’s an unnecessary up charge. It would be the reason I would not go back.
