Staff at this hotel made it a great stay. The room was excellent all around, enjoyed the hotel itself. Was able to check in unexpectedly early, received really fantastic service.
Too bad it’s a pretty bad location next to a shelter, there was a lot of drug use and generally frightening behavior. Would not walk this area after dark at all.

Good quality price ratio. Very nice breakfast with hot items. Hot water and coffee 24 hours in lobby. Room was clean and quiet. Mattress was too soft, causing sagging when laying on it. Bathroom is quite tight, and has no hooks to hang clothes. No charging station on desk, desk lamp looks weird, taking much space and is not practical. Fridge was leaking water. Surrounding areas look not quite safe, many homeless ppl around property, especially in the gas station across the street. But feels ok if inside the hotel building.

The area around the property was a little Ching. There were several restaurants within walking distance, we went to the brewery that was just around the corner. Great food and drinks. Staff at hotel was great. Breakfast was limited with choices, but was still good.
Room was clean. Bathroom was tiny and there was not a lot of room to move around.

This is an excellently designed property on all counts. It's attractive and the room and its furnishings are modern. It is located a couple of blocks from I-90 which makes it convenient. It has abundant parking. The breakfast was better than average. The hotel's location isn't in the best part of downtown. The hotel accommodates this with fenced parking and has secure entry, by room card at the front entry.
