Everything are very good. The position the food the people are all nice!

Our room was more modern, cleaner and more comfortable than we expected. The midtown location was perfect for exploring all of the city. Staff was very professional and friendly. We loved every minute. We would definitely stay here again.

The view was good, but you can hear everything through the wall. Even if someone opens a door, it feels like it's going to open your room's door. The customer service would be better if there is more than one person

I loved it! Would come back and stay here. Walkable and close to everything with good food options everywhere. The parking across the street was easy and discounted when staying at the hotel. They held my luggage before check in and after check out. The staff was so nice, place was clean. Had 0 issues. Definitely worth it and the price is good for the area.

A GREAT stay. Clean and quiet and locked down front doors that require key access. Soft bed and plenty of linens. Friendly and supportive staff. Don’t be put off by the neighborhood. Would stay here again!

Loved the location! Right across from a parking garage, within walking distance to Rockefeller and Times Square, lots of dining and shopping options nearby! The hotel itself was perfect for a NY stay. Bed was comfy, bathroom was nice, room was super clean. The free breakfast was perfect for just a quick bite. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My daughter and I felt safe in the area but it was a little disheartening with the amount of homeless/displaced citizens in the area. They didn't bother us at all, was just sad to see just about everywhere. No concerns for our safety though especially since the door requires a key for you to enter the building. Overall, would consider staying here again!

During my stay, I was charged an extra fee for each night in addition to the damage deposit, which I’m still following up on. At check-in, the receptionist clearly told me that since I booked through the Expedia app, I didn’t need to pay anything further. However, after checking out, I saw that I had been charged regardless. The breakfast was repetitive and inedible. The eggs were dry, tasteless, and had the texture of cake. I couldn’t eat the hotel breakfast even once during my stay. The TV in the room was outdated and not a smart TV . I couldn’t even watch YouTube or use screen mirroring. The room itself was also quite small. However, overall, the room and hotel was clean.

Good hotel! But if possible, more food options can be available for breakfast.

The hotel was perfect. Clean, great value and relatively close to attractions. Breakfast was good. Front desk very helpful, especially at check in. Only bad part was parking garage across the street. Way over priced even with hotel validation.

Quiet and helpful staff

Could not fault anything about this property. Great room and staff. Nice daily breakfast. Fast elevators!! Would definitely stay again and recommend to my Australian colleagues.
