I thought the property was very clean and well presented. Our suite was very nice, and we are very impressed with this hotel!

When we arrived in the hotel our room was not ready yet. They gave us a different room and gave our key at 04:30PM.

Crowded waterpark with minimal supervision by the "lifeguards". It didn't feel safe with so many kids and not enough parents or reaponsible staff. Room was fine. Shower had a broken faucet and poor water pressure.

Location perfect for shopping and food.

Perfect place to go with kids. Very clean hotel and the water park was great!

The ice machine was broke and sounded an alarm all night. Fixed in the AM but we could hear it. Nice

The staff working the breakfast area was amazing! The front desk was very helpful and accommodating.

This was a last minute booking and it was such a fantastic deal. GREAT price and in a great location. Waterpark was just the right size and staff was very friendly. Our wristbands didn’t work so we had to go back and get different ones more than once. The water was a little cold on the kid side but like bath water in the lazy river and big slide. The pizza was just ok, but the continental breakfast was really good too. There’s a guy making waffles and handing them out, made the line go super fast! Everything was clean and staff was so nice. 10/10 I would totally recommend this place and would come stay again if wr ever come back to this area.

I was in the area to ride my motorcycle and nothing else used the bed and shower not much more the hotel served it purpose the staff were polite and accommodating facilities were clean parking was adequate

The Waterpark

Room had an odor, left over toenail clippings on bathroom floor, dirty air vents, slow draining sink and tub. Very dated looking. Sheets and bed were clean. Did not abide by Expedia cancelation policy, said their policy overrides Expedia. I'll look elsewhere before I rent here again. If you have kids, it's probably an ok place to stay as the beds and sheets were clean.

A pet friendly hotel with a water park adjacent... but also the best smelling hotel I've been to outside of some beachside resort. I was amazed considering that first line. This is probably the finest La Quinta there is and it's right in Rapid City.

I would recommend his place to friends and family

The place is dated. AC was strong, beds were a little soft and the pull out bed looked like it was ready for the garbage. Breakfast was ok with waffle maker but the eggs were not good at all. Coffee is served all day which is nice. Lots of kids running around wet from the Watiki water park. The water park is GREAT lots of fun things to do there exciting rides with great staff there to make sure everyone is safe. Glad we could go anytime day or night also included in the price of the room.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, upon initial inspected. I was extremely satisfied the only negative I have to say about our particular room was the view. I don’t even know why you have a window if when you look at it, you see a wall just feet away. I mean, at least paint the wall! The waterpark was awesome! We took our four year-old and six-year-old granddaughters, they had an absolute blast! The only negative I have to say about the waterpark was the way in which the staff handled a weather condition that rolled in. No explanation, no warnings just whistles and telling everybody to get out of the pool at no time did anybody say why at no time did anybody say how long it was just get out of the pool everybody out everybody out everybody out! I appreciate the safety, I didn’t appreciate the way in which it was handled. There should be a sound system, or even a bullhorn for somebody to explain to Guest why we’re being kicked out of the pool. Most of us didn’t even realize there was a weather condition forming.

The kids loved the attached indoor waterpark!
