Declining facilities in a rough part of town. My husband refused to even unpack! The room smelled of bleach! The desk clerk was polite when we left and refunded the remaining days planned. Needs renovation badly!

Bugs everywhere in my room. No phone. No clock. Moldy tub. Unusable. Horrible accommodations.

Rooms did not look like the ap or the sceen at check in. No barh towns in room. Bed uncomfortable. Checked out early oou out early

The room and grounds were so dirty. Trash everywhere, the elevator smelled like piss. My room had a bug crawling on the wall right when I walked in, 2 light switches didn’t work, no remote to the TV, bathroom was dirty and the bedding and towels had black hairs on it. I wanted to leave but was only there from about 8:30pm to 7am the next morning for a work trip. I got out of there as soon as I could. I was told there was breakfast and there was a like of 10 people to get orange juice. The gentleman checking people in was kind but that line was also 8 people deep at 8:30pm. The photos online are not true and so deceiving. The hotel was also right on the freeway and I had to sleep with a pillow over my head bc the cars were so loud all night long. I would never stay here again nor at a La Quinta Inn. Do better

Omg I’ve stay in crappy places but this place look like the worst of GTA in one place. For the room there was blood drips on the floor , no cleaning at all. The worst place I have visit. Just stay away.

Not as pictured, whatsoever. Dingy, old, dank smelling, and meagerly appointed. First gave me a room with different bed than I booked. The new room with the right bed, the card reader didn't work well. Mildew and rust in the shower. The tiny top sheet that barely fits over the top of the mattress showed how badly stained the mattress is. Terrible towels. Kleenex dispenser with no tissues. Not one hanger in the closet. No seal around the door so you hear everything. I trusted the name, knowing it wouldn't be luxurious for a one night stay, but man, this presents like a half star roadside motel. Avoid it.

Room was fairly cheap and decent sized. Bathroom was very small. Bed was okay aside from the stained sheets. Did find a few baby roaches in the fridge and bathroom. Other than that I really liked the room. Maybe renovations would help this hotel a lot.

This hotel is pretty run down. Our room had a lot of mold in the bathroom. The room itself had a slight but unpleasant odor. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. There are hotels in better condition in the area. For example, my daughter refused to take a shower since the curtain was covered in scum and mold.

It wasn’t exactly what we had anticipated definitely would not book again . Stay was booked for 3 ppl and we only had toiletries for 2 . Towels 2 . Pillows We’re small and lacking . AC didn’t work well so room became uncomfortable and hot for the rest of the stay . Walked in the room very stuffy ,and hot .

Cockroach's, no housekeeping services, no water fill stations, even after requesting housekeeping they never showed up. Only one choice for breakfast. Will not recommend this as a stay.

This place is utterly disgusting. I only planned to stay one night as I was in town for a concert . Immediately upon arriving the area was so sketchy and as a group of 4 younger women it was most definitely not safe. We checked into the room and got hit with a horrible smell coming from god knows where. The towels in the bathroom had stains on them most likely weren’t cleaned from the last guest, the bath/shower looked like it had mold the toilet was literally green. The ac didn’t even work. We stayed there for about an hour and within that time found a new hotel because we were not staying there. do NOT book this place. I couldn’t even get a refund despite paying extra $20 to protect my trip. TLDR:don’t book here

Not good, freeway noise was terrible, rooms are old and run down.

The staff were very nice and the bed was comfortable. The staff was the best part of our stay! Unfortunately, one light was broken, the other light flickered/strobing. Only one large towel and one plastic cup provided for 2 people. Since we were attending a wedding we did not discover the towel shortage until it was too late to ask for another one. The vent grate fell of the A/C unit when we turned it on. Small fridge made a whining noise and we decided to unplug it for the night. We would not stay in this hotel again. I expected better from the Wyndham group.

In room 146, hole in wall in bathroom Black mold in shower Condition of old appears old. Failing caulk around toilet and shower, sink. Some lights do not turn on. Bug-Roach. In room 148, Leaking water around plumbing and black mold. Next to freeway, so it will be noisy. Recommend ear plugs.. Orignally was given room 355 and 159..due to distance, requested room close to each other Room 146,148 given to use. Drop off luggage at 300pm and left. Notice the hole in the wall. Took picture..and left for our schedule engagement. Came back at 830pm Showed the from desk person. I believe name was SAL. Informed him of the hole in the wall. Show picture. No need to change room...given it was late. Informed him to annotated that in the computer. When I checked out, i informed the front desk staff( same gentlemen that checked us in the day before)...about the pre-existing damage in room...and check if if the evening shift front desk (SAL) made the note in the computer. He mention he will check. Their security camera should show me entering the lobby at 830-840pm showing the front desk person the picture The cleaning staffs needs to pay attention to details such as pre-existing damages and cleanness. I rented two rooms. The front desk gentleman, checking in around 230pm on 7/19/2025, was fantastic. Friendly demeanor. Engaging with customer. Polite. Warm personality. Front desk gentleman at 830-840pm on 7/19/2025 was friendly and pleasant.
