Feels like a ghetto. Don't waste your money. Drive a little farther and pay a little more, trust me! We stayed one night only because it was late and didn't have any other options. Creepiest hotel I've stayed at. The guy at the front desk is it good worker, but not helpful. Told him we needed to leave after the first night and he said he would talk to "his people" , but never got back to us. When I asked him about it again before checkout, he said he would ask, but he doubted they would do anything for me because of the no cancellation policy regardless of reason.

The hotel is in a very convenient location if you are going to Presque Isle. The staff was very nice and seemed to be very busy. The room was clean enough other than spiderweb in the bathroom window, The lack of a toilet paper holder in the bathroom I found odd. It was also strange they the room had a piece of furniture to hold the fridge and microwave but they were stacked outside of the bathroom. The pillows were horrible and need replaced. The sheets definitely need upgraded they were cheap and scratchy. Also, it would be really nice if there was two chairs out side of the room. It may seem that I am being nit picky but the stay was not cheap therefore I expected a better overall experience. We will not be staying here again next year.

Property was nice. Very clean only downfall was the mattresses. But would go back for the price.

Looked updated and modern Online. There were holes in walls and old hair and someones fingernails clippings left on the floor hair and stains on the bedsheets. We asked for new sheets and the man said he had to place them on the bed he followed me into my room where my family was staying with out warning I opened the door and told them he’s placing new sheets on the bed awkward!! Beds were uncomfortable pillows thick and uncomfortable as well our necks and backs hurt waking up. Same thing basically happend with towels I asked for he said I had to turn in the old ones and he would get them I quickly ran to the room to get there before him and run to the shower to pick up our wet used towels to hand him. Yuck on his part no gloves no cleaning service? Idk. No sand, just weeds where the volley ball court was. List could go on. Paid for what I got. There was a nice bay and berry in walking distant for breakfast was cute and clean inside. Gas stations less then a block away.

Convenient to Presque Isle.

For the price, the rooms didn't really meet our expectations. Very basic room, with no paper products other than t.p., and no chairs in the room. The staff work hard, and they did replace a room refrigerator that wasn't working when we arrived, which we appreciated. The room deposit was returned after check-out as promised.

Though an older motel that might seem faded at first, the rooms have been redone and provide a really great night’s sleep. What seemed to be a new bed with a sturdy mattress made it a very comfortable stay. And, although on a somewhat busy street, it was remarkably quiet. Staff busy, but responsive. I didn’t swim, but others seemed to be enjoying the pool. No complaints. Clean, no frills.

The owners are extremely rude to the employees. We have stayed here before a couple of years ago and had a bad experience with the owners but we thought we would try it again. However, they are so rude to employees we will not stay her again and I feel bad for the employees that are doing an excellent job.

Stained comforters, old stained mattresses, room not cleaned at all…microwave had not been cleaned for a very long time…it was disgusting. Room had garbage, dust, dirt especially around beds, toilet had urine all over it, I had to clean myself. Bedding had a chemical odor as if they sprayed for bugs. Shower valve missing to pull for shower. It was difficult to use. They took $100 for incidentals and I better get it refunded. Worst stay ever, my young kids were even appalled. Pictures on your site make it seem way nicer. I was taken for a fool to spend that much on a place like that. Never again. I gave them a signed note with all the issues.

Remodeled rooms, comfortable for sleeping. Pool was great

This is a nice motel but the owner needs to put money into it. The are charging you the same price as the better hotel but it is just a room. I have been to this place twice in 3 years and it is my last resort because what I paid would have been the same at a better hotel with a complementary breakfast. The ice had a moldy taste. I had to pay a $100 deposit for and damage but the hotel has nothing to damage. The don't even come into your room and clean while you are there. If i would have to stay there again yes if everything else was book like this time.

I stay here because of the close proximity to Presque Isle. The hotel is good for the price you pay, very basic, no frills, but clean.

Very surprisingly nice in a great location close to the beach the amusement park and restaurants. I would definitely stay again. The breakfast was kind of weak.

Overall it was comfortable. No problem extending my stay. I feel like Frances was targeted by a couple different people staying there. He did his best to accommodate us all and I had no issues with him. Keep up the good work Frances.... You did your best

The property & rooms were clean. Staff &other guests were polite.

Hotel was non smoking and the room smelled like cigarettes as soon as we walked in. The man at the front desk said “he’ll spray it down” in a pinch my family and I just left the theme park near by after 12 hours we wiped everything with Lysol and went to sleep and left early this morning

A fine motel for an overnight stay. Very close to several restaurants.
