The bathroom was terrible, mirror wasn’t even mounted on the wall, no washcloths, no vending machines or water available. For the price we paid , they could have at least had a continental breakfast or something. It’s like they put lipstick on a pig, holes in the wall , very old furniture. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable. The only plus is that it’s a close walk to the lake

The staff was very friendly. Wifi was reliable. The lake beach was a short walk. The bathroom had some mildew along the molding. And there were a couple of webs in the corners of the room.

We had a great time staying here. The rooms were clean and the owners were responsive. The cleaner of our room was friendly and did a great job. Great location as you can walk to the beach and the strip. Plan to stay again next summer!

I would never stay here again. Floor and ceiling falling apart not even a wash cloth. They should.of paid me to stay there.

Second season staying here and it was great again. Owners are so friendly and really care. They’re constantly working on updating and refurbishing. I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time, my room was super clean, the water pressure is amazing, and you can walk anywhere from the motel. Can’t wait to go back next year!

Connor and his partner were awesome! They are redoing property and are doing a great job. If you need anything they are right there to give you it. The room was very clean. We will be back guys!

Got a text that I can check in any time and no one in office had a little trouble with door. Room looked nice and clean bathroom was clean but had broken tiles

Very convinient location and was able to walk to everything.

No hot water, no wash cloths, was told staff was going to be available 24/7 called and messaged them at 11 pm never got a response back til 9:15 am. Heat barely worked

Hospitable staff, and clean room. All newly updated - a lot of pictures online don't show how much work the owners have put into renovating. Had a very pleasant stay, wouldn't hesitate ti book again.

I liked the short walk from the hotel to the Adirondack National Car Show where I was showing my 49 Chevy Pickup.

Looks like they are making improvements. Room was small but clean, all we needed. Front desk check in was smooth and gentleman was very nice. Walking distance to downtown. Would stay again.

New Owner good service but in the room can heard everything from outside

Room was very impressive. All new: furniture, floor, bathroom. They did a great job with a old property converting into minimalist stylish one. It was definitely great experience to stay there. Attention to details is fantastic! Thank you!

Excellent customer service. Room was ready early. It is a little loud but you’re on the main drag. The only complaint is the toilet was too close to the wall making it hard for tall people to use the bathroom.

Stayed to go to an event in Charles Wood Park. Right across the street which was perfect. Things to do very close to hotel. The owner was fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. Contrary to older posts there is an office on property. Let us check in early. Owner is doing a lot of work on rooms. Room was neat and clean. Would definitely stay again 😀

This hotels was right across the street from the ADK Wine and Food Festival we were attending, so very conveniently located for the 2 days we were there.

New owners are clearly putting a lot of work into it. Everything looked clean and lots of newer touches, especially in the bathroom. The bedding was elevated and so so comfortable. Loved the location, easy walk to almost everything but also plenty of parking. Most of all the new owners were onsite throughout the stay and we so accommodating and friendly. Would 100% recommend!! One note: our room at the front was a little loud from the street noise. Did not bother us, I actually like street noise… and it’s probably to be expected BUT if your a light sleeper would probably request a room near the back. 😉
