The hotel is right on the boardwalk. Great spot to spend the day at the beach and boardwalk and just sleep in your room. We were a late reservation so our room was one of the last available. Very cramped kitchen daybed combo. Two seat kitchenette is also in the kitchen area. Other rooms may be different, however our room had one tv and that was located in the kitchen daybed area. No tv in the bedroom. The bedroom and bath were fine and a deck was right off the bedroom. No drapes or blinds on the foot windows but those bamboo rollup type windows covers. No private at all. You can see right through. I had to cover the windows with our bath towels as our room other balconies. That being said, we used our room to sleep after a day and evening enjoying Ocean City. A cafe in the lobby served excel coffee and desserts and was open until 10pm. We ended up staying an extra night and the staff was very accommodating. We're planning on booking another stay hoping to get a better room.

The property is a little bit old but the location is perfect

Exceeded my expectations!! Even tho the structure is old the place was clean, quiet and spacious. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything ypu need to make a meal, we even had a balcony with a view of the water. It was 100 degrees outside when we arrived and really appreciated the ac already being on and the room feeling nice and cold. There are numerous places to eat and shop right outside the hotel. The beach was right across from the hotel. The staff was friendly and there really is nothing i could complain about. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place close to the boardwalk and beach will come again

The hotel condition is terrible, the room furniture is outdated. The room was not cleaned. Do not stay in this hotel. More better hotels are available in the area.

Nice locations

Love the old school beach house feel. If you want updated and modern, this place is not for you. If you want nostalgic and cozy, book here. We stayed in the Lodge Building. Small, but clean bathroom. Clean room, friendly & helpful staff. Not a plush hotel bed, but clean and comfortable. The cafe downstairs in the main building smelled great in the morning, although I did not eat there. Each floor had a common sitting area with a beachy feel (and a microwave). Would definitely stay again.

La jeune dame qui nous a reçu la veille de notre arrivée était aimable , mais le lendemain le propriétaire a été très désagréable. Je voulais lui demander si on pouvais laisser l'auto une heure de plus, juste le temps d'aller dire Aurevoir a mon fils sur la plage. Il n'a pas pris le temps de m'écouter ou même de finir ma phrase, d'un ton très froid il m'a dit non et il. est parti sans me dire merci d'avoir choisi son hotel ni d'aurevoir..j'ai trouvé cela très impoli de sa part.

Great location and price

We liked the location of this hotel, near to the beach and restaurants.

Convenient to the boardwalk. The building is much older and is well taken care of however, I could not stay here again because the bed was the worst bed I’ve ever slept in in my life.

For 1 night at the beach, while passing through town, this place is perfect. The air conditioning was stellar and the room was clean and comfortable.

What you expect from an old boardwalk hotel. Room was small but very clean, great location but a lot of noise from music blasting from restaurant below. No flexibility with checking in or out times like a request to be notified when a room might be ready, and no extension of any parking for even an hour or two after 10am checkout. So it's a tight 17 hour stay if you're there for one night.

Its located right on the boardwalk. The room we stayed in came with a full kitchen. 2 bedrooms 1 bath, balcony the entire length of the place. Think 2 bedroom apartment. The living room was huge with sofas/ beds. The staff was really friendly and brought us ckean towels and wash clothes everyday. They also would clean and take out the trash. Only reason not a 5 star is because its not brand new. The showers have great pressure and drain freely. We will stay here every year!

The location is wonderful staff was excellent hotel...it was my 1st time staying in a Hotel/Lodge. We only got it for one night until our check-in with the Airbnb. It got the job done. Also they gave me a late checkout because we arrived late night. The bed and the air in the place is all that.
