A good business hotel

The property was having a major computer issue. We and other guess had to wait over 10 hours to get a room and i was still charged for 2 nights. I could go on, but im not.

The room was perfect even the view was beautiful to the Sphere and the Strip but I most appreciated the service at the reception . They wanted to charge me for the mini bar-which I have not used but lifted something to take a closer look. Apparently if you lift sg too long it registers gone and when I explained they did not charge me.

Everything was good except the AC, it didn’t work very well and the room felt hot and stuffy. The bathroom doesn’t have a fan, so anytime you use the shower all the steam makes the room even more stuffy. Other than that everything else is ok, but we won’t be staying at The WR Hilton again.

This property offers no real amenities - no real room service even. It’s hard to talk to a person when you dial down to the front desk for anything. Additionally off season pool hours are only 9-6 so by the time you check in you have little to know time to make the pool. This changes I guess around Memorial Day but for now what a waste. Be advised the hotel restaurants are very expensive and the food is not what you pay for.

The hotel is very nice. It’s very clean and has plenty of restaurant choices. It’s about a 40-45 minute walk to the Bellagio area, and 1 hour walk to the MGM Grand. The only

Having long walk to the city. In the hotel not much restaurant and feel like the house keep didn’t even clean my room.

Rooms are small compared to the other resorts on the strip. On the far end of the strip so not convenient to all the action. 450 dollar incidental fee is on the higher end plus resort fees
