Great stay! Overpriced for sure but so are all hotels near Central Park. Worth it for the convenience.

Elevators were very slow, waited 15 minutes at one point. Staff did nothing to address it even though it was obvious. No hot water on day 2 hotel wide. Room was clean and suitable for a short stay, restaurant was great!

Cramped Lobby, feels like 3-Star Hotel

The property was nice overall and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was mostly comfortable although the mattress a bit soft and sagging. While we didn’t dine in either of the restaurants inside the hotel, we did enjoy the rooftop bar and especially the service there from our excellent bartender, Raymundo. We also appreciated the in-room amenities including a working iron, hairdryer, mini-fridge, and USB-A ports in the bedside lamps.

Older but well maintained hotel. Great location and get anywhere by subway, walking, or cab. Helpful staff. Paris cafe attached to hotel was great!!! Also used car service and was great!!

I had stayed at the Parker Meridian many times and thought that is where I booked my reservation. The picture shown is of the former hotel and deceptive. When told at checkin there was a $40 a day Mandatory charge, but it could be used in the the restaurant or bar was insulting. You are telling guests they must spend $40 a day and if not they will be billed anyway. I discussed it with the person unduly and it was not charged. I believe this is illegal and will check with an attorney. The room was very small and with the bed low and practically on the floor difficult to get into or out of. I will not return.

Love your hotel- I will definitely be back- Loved the Paris restaurant-bar. Great staff, great service and fantastic menu with all the French classics! Room was comfortable- I loved the bed and pillows!

I loved the location. The staff were super friendly. I loved the upstairs terrace, It was a very friendly comfortable place to stay and the location was perfect.

Food in restaurant on street level was fantastic. Front desk staff and doorman were superb. Right near Carnegie Hall and great shopping and food. The room we stayed in did not have a view and was rather small, but not small by NY standards. We loved our stay.

Bed was big and comfortable with excellent bed linen. Location of room was great , at the back so very quiet. Loved the in-house restaurant Paris Bar.
