The experience was excellent from the check in and check out. The staff are very attentive and helpful , Their customer service is way better than any 5 star Hotel we stayed . We will come back again to this Hotel. Thanks to Christina, Oswaldo from the front desk and the housekeeping crew. This is such a memorable stay in New York.

Clean and convenient property in midtown 2 blocks from Empire State Building. Easy walk to everything. Lobby is much smaller than it appears in the photos. Long wait for elevators. The hotel itself is fine. Not a luxury hotel.

Check-in took nearly an hour upon arrival, not ideal after a 7 hour flight. Breakfast was a busy experience as the waiting staff were struggling to attend to everybody in quick enough time. The room was very cozy & comfortable but the cleaning staff failed to remove food from the fridge left by previous guests.

Great room. Make SURE you do not confuse the downtown Meridien for the uptown one! Great pasta at the restaurant for dinner. Breakfast staff needs to be completely overhauled, though, with better management and no language barriers (though nice to have a $35 credit the hotel offers)
