Man at checkin was surly. This place is a motel, not a hotel. Got the last possible parking space. Linoleum flooring not pleasant to get out of bed onto. Way too close to train tracks - NOISY! Furniture was shabby and chipped. They did not have fitted sheets on the mattress. Flat sheet was just tucked under about 2” along with top sheet and blanket. So bottom became untucked while getting into bed. It was a rumpled mess in the morning. Seriously, get some linens that fit. No responsibility of the hotel but neighbors above were stomping around at 6am.

There was a cleaning rag left on a table in my room. Somebody’s food was left in the refrigerator. Also, they need to turn up the water heater. I basically took a cold shower.

My boyfriend and I planned for this trip and this hotel was very affordable and nice for our stay.

I stay at the Lia frequently when I work late or have an early start instead of driving home to the city. The couple who manage the hotel, Bhavesh and Riddhi are wonderful. Both are friendly and professional. Upon arrival my paperwork is already for my signature and the room key is ready as well. I feel very welcomed each time I stay. The rooms are always clean and tidy. The staff does an amazing job to ensure the rooms are perfect. I feel safe and comfortable. My home away from home! Highly recommend this hotel!

We needed somewhere to stay while visiting my baby brother at Stanford. I had accidently reserved for 3 nights instead of 1 and the property manager saw that we had just come from the hospital and did everything he could to help. The room was very clean and the staff were extremely kind.

Had a great stay at LiA! Everything about the trip was smooth and stress-free. The hotel was easy to find, check-in was quick, and the room was clean and comfortable. No issues at all—just a super easy, pleasant experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel muito bom, limpo, sem carpete (só quem viveu sabe), banheiro limpinho, toalhas brancas, roupa de cama limpa, muitos travesseiros, recepção foi super prestativa pelo horário que chegamos que foi quase 1 da madrugada, café de cápsula no quarto cortesia, frigobar disponível, ferro de passar e secador de cabelo.

Arrived a bit earlier than the normal check in time, the staff dealt with it without any issue and quite quickly. Room was nicely arranged. No issue during the stay.

Very nice room; clean and really comfortable. Especially for the price. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Family management there was very nice. Thank you.
