People at the front desk were very nice and helpful, the room nice and clean! I enjoyed their swimming and the jacuzzi. Convenient location for conferences and restaurants as well!

Outdoor planting were gorgeous. Room was large and comfortable. Bathroom floor as in the room we stayed in earlier this past week was dirty and stained. We ate three meals there and possibly it was an off week.

Nice Hotel. Excellent Service. Appallingly slow internet. 8Mbps download and only 3 or 4 upload. Just about enough for emails and nothing more. Even the open wifi in SLC airport was faster.

Property designed extremely well, inside of the main lobby had a pianist who was amazing and enjoyed very much!

We love Little America, so close to tracks to go shopping and lots of choices of restaurants to choose from.

It was a maze to get to your room, I thought the hotel was the larger structure

I did not spend much time at on on the property during my stay as l was visiting family, but thoroghly enjoyed breakfast at the Coffee House restaurant and made use of the onsite store. Overall very clean, staff was great and felt safe.

The hotel is fabulous, rooms nice and clean and the staff in credibly helpful and professional. I give it 4.5 stars only because it's a bit of an echo chamber making it very easy to hear every conversation that passes up and down the hall. In our case this was compounded by a room a few doors down who felt the need to party- drinking and talking loudly in their room and in the halls until 0130. Yes the middle of the night. I finally complained to the manager who had better luck than I in getting them to quiet down. If not for that and the echo chamber effect of the halls it would have been a perfect stay.

Grounds were beautiful. Front desk was great on arrival but terrible on check out. Bathroom floor was dirty. Shower was almost unusable due to inability to adjust the temperature. I pointed this out at checkout. Earl would not have liked this.
