The food service at Starlight lounge was very slow and the quality was not that great. They should really tell you that IF or when you pick two sides (as pointed out on the menu) that there is an extra fee. My hubby and I got steaks that comes with two sides and got charged $4 more each for the mac & cheese side. The bathroom had a crusty washcloth left at the top of the shower door. As we were getting our stuff together to check out we did find a bed bug on our bed. We checked around both beds and did not find any other than the one. I put it in a cup and let the front desk know as we were checking out about it. We have stayed here several times and this is the first time I've had to write a negative review. I really hope they improve since they are making a bunch of renovations.

definitely needs more restaurants that are open during the day and mondays. other then that i absolutely loved it. cleanest casino that i have ever been too

We liked the pool and our room was okay but dining was expensive and not good quality. We had a minor with us and she could not go to gift shop which was disappointing.

House cleaning did not make up room even though it was requested.

We made a last minute reservation and everything was great. Beds are comfy, room was very big and clean. Staff was so kind and we left with some money. :)

Nice place for a quick getaway

Room was large, bathroom perfect with great water pressure and products No breakfast but coffee in the room Pillows very lumpy!

Very nice rooms and beds. We didn’t get a king size like we were supposed to but 2 queens ended up being perfect. Staff very helpful and friendly

The beds and pillows are very hard. The rooms are spacious. Requested Tower two but got Tower one that is close to the highway and you hear logging trucks all night long. Besides that I do enjoy staying there.

Bed was comfortable, food was great, service was excellent, pool and hot great, the casino part felt like the machines weren’t paying out, any game I played I couldn’t get a win or bonus in

The bed comfort level was just OK, wouldn’t any to stay more than a few nights but the rooms were clean spacious and quiet, considering it was a casino.
