We had a wonderful time at your resort. Everything was as we remembered, the last time we were there.
Our only complaint is the the food at the Flying V, was substandard, the last time we dined there, it was spectacular!

I used to work at Loews and when i came back as a guest it brought up so much wonderful memories. Nicely renovated and so beautiful. I will be back soon! Love you Loews Ventana ❤️

Exceptional in all areas. But, the billing was not clear and confusing. 3 random charges on my cc and not able to access bill. There should be one bill provided with a clear breakdown of charges that match one charge on the cc. Also, there was a password needed to access bill that was unavailable.

This property is lovely, immaculately clean, and has fantastic service. While we were there, one dining/bar option was closed for renovation, but they communicated that several times so we wouldn't be disappointed. The property feels indulgent and luxurious but doesn't have the huge, majestic feeling of other resorts. Instead, it feels cozy (even though it's large), and the service was truly unmatched. I can't wait to go back when the Cascade Lounge renovations are complete because that space looks amazing.
