步行便到無敵海景沙灘，一望無際 離車站比較遠，僅得一家餐廳 空調系統壞且沒有人即時修理 沒有掛衣架的勾，洗熨不便

Not many amenities in the hotel room staff was nice

The parking was a block away. Overall it was close to the beach. The water pressure didn’t really work in our room. But location is key!

The first room we checked into had a large gap in the window with no screen to keep out bugs, birds or bats. They were able to accommodate us in another room and our stay was pleasant. Although the rooms are described as all having spa tubs, this was not true they were just regular tubs.

Saw a roach, water pressure wasn’t good, and water was yellow sometimes .. couldn’t close the window when it was raining. One of the bathrooms wasn’t working

The building is old. They AC unit was attached to the window so your curtain cannot be use as a curtain. The room bright when the sun is out because of the placement of the AC. Rooms are very small and you can hear the people from outside. It is a little challenging to find a parking spot.

I liked that it was close to the beach. But hated that it was too noisy. Walls are too thin, rooms kinda small.

I would say the property was clean, rooms could’ve been tad bit cleaner. I was disappointed in the size of the room, felt more like a bed room than a hotel room. Just a bed and bathroom. The window had an air conditioner in it so couldn’t look out the window it felt like I was in a box. The hallways were very narrow and other rooms too close in proximity. As soon as you open the door the room across is literally 1foot away. The rate was not worth the stay. I payed $600 for two nights honestly wasn’t worth the cost. The keys didn’t work causing check in to be delayed 15 minutes till the issue was rectified. The best think about the hotel was the area and nearby beach.

Affordable, unpretentious independent hotel. Makes a nice change from chains.

Unclean, old, overpriced! Never coming back!

Great location

Section 8 is allowed and that made the property very noisy. The room above us was up the entire night moving furniture around. The night staff was not accommodating, however Kelly and Benji were apologetic and kind for the inconvenience. The hotel is dirty, carpets worn, but our room itself was clean.

The intent of this stay was an easy overnight beach day. Within an hour at the hotel , I realized quite a few guests were homeless. Come to find out the hotel accepts vouchers for homeless. Had I known, I definitely would have booked elsewhere, I mean I paid 200.00 for an overnight stay. I’m a native NYer and empathize with the homelessness crisis in NY , but again I would not CHOSE TO Stay had I known. I wonder if my card would of declined , would I be offered a free night 😂

It was very close to the beach, but the hotel need better amenities in the bedroom besides a towel. The hotel is old and contracts many rooms for the homeless.

Very good stuff specially ken .he is nice person and helpful. I want to book again. Nice environment

Everything is fine except for the rooms its outdated. Need to renovate something

I did an overnight with my daughter and the room was smaller than expected for the price I paid.

Did not stay the night. Dirty and smelly. No wster

We were lucky and found a parking spot close by. Loved being a short walk to the boardwalk/ beach The staff were so friendly and accommodating with our needs. We understood they are in middle of still doing major renovations, our room/ upgrade was great! :)

Come here and EBike to concert at Jones Beach Pavilluon Attached restaurant is a gem!
