I booked different accommodations than usual (hotels, inns or suites) because of the demand in the area at the time of our visit. This offered the best price and location for our needs. I knew things would be 'different' which was okay for me, but not with my husband. There is no front desk, and the check in instructions were emailed to me after our arrival. With no check in information and no one on the premises, I called the only number I had (from the expedia booking) and got voice mail 2 times. The 3rd time the host answered and told us how to access the building. Then we learned that parking is 1+ miles from the room for $20.00 a day.
